Sometimes the data link doesn't work for some people. If you could post the data chunk as well, that would be helpful to see the build better.



Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

Is there an advantage to putting the chance for build up in tactics instead of build up? I like to put mine in bu to make sure I don't waste it, but I guess if it procs more during a long battle in tactics that's probably better.

it procs more in tatics once every ten secs to where build up is every 29 secs or so
