That build's really expensive but not terribly effective. Panaceas in the heals means you're not getting the recharge values you should, slotting only Nucs in some of the attacks means you're not getting any endredux or recharge, and Blaze Mastery is a joke.

I am 110% New to PvP so you will have to excuse my ignorance on the subject. I play on Virtue, The one that's you know, the 'unofficial' RP Server. Well I love RP and my Main toon who is an Elec/Elec is about to hit 50, and text fighting will only get you so far. So I was wondering if anyone out there would help me find a build that is at least survivable is PvP? All feedback is welcome

Blaster - psi/em, fire/em, sonic/em.
Controller - ice/cold, ill/emp, ill/therm.
Defender - emp/energy, cold/dark, rad/sonic.
Scrappers - fire/regen, dark/sr.
Tank - elec/ss
corr. - dark/cold, sonic/therm, sonic/pain.
dom. - mind/fire.
stalker - elec/wp, em/wp, spines/wp
brute - ss/elec
mm - necro/poison.
those are some of the things that work well in pvp. -

I haven't checked it out much to be honest. The knockback and stuns look promising, especially if considered stalker wise. Paired with energy aura would be so pretty but... well, let's face it -- energy aura sucks.
I'm still thinking of going km/ea stalker even though looking at the numbers on the newest Mids' makes me cringe.

(1) Is the Devastation proc worth slotting?
(2) Would the Executioner's Contract proc be worth slotting in Psionic Lance?
(3) Assuming a global Accuracy buff of 50%, to what level is it advisable to slot Accuracy in the individual powers?

it's called Enhancement Diversification or ED. basically works the same way as DR, but on enhancements and it's been around for like 13 issues or so. -divine is just reading too much into things.
