If funds are unlimited which is better, Regen or Fiery Aura?

How valueable is FE? Since Healing Flames can be up every 12 secsis is that as tactically valueable as it looks on paper?

FE is the same old power so its nice but between that and healing flames, its not better than recon,DP, instant healing, and mog.

the only thing fire has over regen is the recov debuff res but between hiber/phase/mog/insp it's easy enough to avoid/handle on a regen
