Dom will win just about every time, honestly. With the exception of like a Thermal or something, Controllers just can't do enough damage to take a Dom out before they die. In regards as to what you should roll, it depends on what you want to do. For zone or team arena, I'd go with /Fire for the damage output. For 1v1 in arena or Fite Klub in zones, I'd go with /Psy. If you slot one of those properly they can shred through a Regen scrapper. GL/HF. <3

Out of all the doms I've played and gotten to 50, Ice/fire has been the most fun. Ice control may not be as good as mind control for control in pvp, but I gotta tell you the damage is insane. Besides elec control's hold, ice has one of the most damaging ST holds in pvp. On top of enhancements and procs the hold and immob are amazing to spam for damage along with any ST attack your assault set. Throw in poisonous ray and embrace of fire and you can pump out some good numbers. Jack Frost does some decent extra damage, and Arctic Air is amazing for the confuse effects. Shiver I like to use for the -recharge every now and then. Everything else in the ice control set for pvp is meh.
Ive seen an ice/rad and ice/cold troller beat a dom but it may be the player's fault. But id go with what divine said. Ive also seen a well built ice/fire domwin some matches.
