Hi everyone , I'm surprised this thread is still going. The purpose for me starting this thread was because the Energy Aura revamp was so great that I would hope they do that older powers. That set slowly got recived minor changes then later a complete overhaul and now look it at people now put energy aura among top sets to play. Now am I not saying it was bad set prior no, but it sure took someone with patience and experience to fully comprehend the mechanics of the set from the start of CoV. Also Gravity Control comes to mind as well almost forgot hah. With new powersets constantly being distrubed I think the old ones are being "forgotten" because the newer ones are just that good some that come to mind Time manipulation, Street justice, Titant Weapons.. etc

I think it would be great maybe if say a poll was presented here on the boards or at a player summit with selection of powers and have everyone cast their votes on some power choices then post the results later.

Back to my OP me personally a few sets come to mind


1) Energy Melee
2) Majority of the blaster secondaries
3) Super Reflexes
4) Martial Arts

Everyone's suggestions have been great thus far please keep them coming!

Congrats on your accomplishment well done. This really blows if this the strat used because a lot AT's get SOL not for nothing.

I just would like to know the overall ranking of powers between single target to aoe.

I hope this doesn't sound ridiculous , but has the development even try doing really hard way trial themselves?

I think the damage of footsomp area aoe and damage needs to be reduced significantly on this trial.

What powersets would you like to see revamped within the future?

Can anyone if possible give a listing off the primaries "good to bad" in order or is their a link someone can provide. I would really appreciate it thanks.

No , you're not at all. I have spines/energy myself it does well. The only real drawback to the set is lethal is highly resisted in the game other than it's a well-rounded choice.
Possibly perception , but epics/leadership powers can fill that void very easily. Being typed as well you have that psy hole , but I really don't pay attention to it.
Energize is great for the regen and end discount. Plus the end drain and defense buff from Energy Drain is awesome. No gloom and doom as you get higher level it just gets better personally.

Does anyone feel that SkySplitters needs to be buffed at all across all or Melee AT's? Why or why not?

Hello. I am looking to make a stalker with the release of staff my official main toon. Now I want to start badging because well it's apart of the game and I used to badge on my brute till energy melee got neutered to death .

Any advice on how to begin?

Look here I have patient, but it would have been wiser to release it later on beta. and not have it come out first before beast mastery not for nothing. Not my problem it leaked. It just felt maybe to me only I don't know that as a player I was left in dark only with "TMI". All the other release of power-sets seem smoother. Eh it whatever. If I am complaining so be it. I spent time testing staff not beast mastery sorry.

Still no staff, what a POS marketing you got going.

Not for nothing, but the way they've gone about Staff figthing is sloppy in my opinon.

This will probably the last set I even purchase. I'm sorry , but this whole let me release a issue dooo deee dooo dee dun 3 weeks go by oh here folks a new powerset! is getting lame. Their old model for releasing issues was much better than the current one.

That's just horse sheet if you ask me. Beast Mastery needs a lot help....
