If held within the city it would by 1st event ever to meet people outside of the game in the flesh.

I am not sure if anyone start this , but with the end coming might as well reminisce any great achievements within game. So please post any pictures and share your best times in the game.

Give it another 4- 5 weeks that seems to be power set release schedule.

Like others have mentioned there's no real standout secondary because it's highly dependent upon the player. Some like resist others prefer defense it's really boils down to what your play style is .

In regards to release of new powers I have to agree that this current model is better prior pre-freedom and better than waiting a whole year.

Everyone is under the premise that I have stashed points or I am wasting it upon costumes. Hell, I am lucky if I have the spare points necessary to buy a power. The system for rewarding your monthly points is borked beyond belief because you literally have no clue when you'll receive them and freedom been out at least a year for them fix problems within the PPM system.

I do like the current development team and as a player I enjoy what is being distributed within each issue ( well issue 23 seem kind of ok IMHO). I am looking forward to I24 personally .However, you shouldn't have to pay for powers as V.I.P period their apart of the game. Everything else doesn't matter me that's my only "gripe".

To answer everyone in regards to what I do with my points ; I save them for power sets, though unfortunately I never have enough to get the said powerd while being tier9 and end up having to purchase points. Also , it's not that I am not grateful for what is being done in regards to the game. I know EXACTLY what I get as VIP trust me I've looked through , but it doesn't feel rewarding one bit at all. Not every power set that is released was performing up to par because people constantly send Arbiter Hawk and Synapse messages in regards to bugs also some that under-perform.

Well, I am VIP player and I've been playing the game for about almost six years now. Something that really bothers me as that I have to pay for new powersets. Before the launch of Freedom powersets were included in the sub ( correct me please if I am wrong) now it seems almost every powerset has to be purchased off the market. Now as VIP we don't even get a discount. First off, I understand we get new content in itrials, some costume sets, and story arcs ..etc trust me I aware of we get, however it doesn't feel VIPish at all!

I have no problem by the way with content and what the development team is doing. My only concern it seems that everything requires shelling out money for points. Hell a half off discount for new powers would suffice not even that.

For one this event has posted up for about say a month or so ( someone can correct me) a few things bother me:

1) No badge? I mean what heck the Fallen Thunder gave one why not this ? The fact as a player I have to get on an appropriate time is just a tad inconvenient. It's whatever I shrug it off and understand the process of scheduling, but a temporary gold title goes away. A random chance at code is luck of the draw. At least a badge shows you participated in the event. Maybe I'm on the only of that feels this way.

2) Where is Captain Mako? I fight an Octopus that clearly has no correlation with mako and some coralax here and there , but the the big bad fish is a no show? You might as well called it "Lusca Revenge Week".

3) The distribution of gold titles needs to be looked over because a lot folks went to the various Pocket D's only to leave empty handed with no gold title or a crack at a code just a thumb up our butts

Overall , I really did not like this event one bit. I expected something more from a character in game that has high precedence instead I got a fish flop.

Clearly my statement was misinterpreted and not written well so I will apologize for that. I am not saying that other sets do not have viability or are very terrible. My point is when someone ask a question as the OP those top tier sets are the one's mentioned first that to me is problem.

I think it's pretty sad that only four or so primaries are considered top tier while the rest are mediocre.

So we'll be fighting the mutated overly tall baboons yet again... oh fun

I was referring to set bonuses sorry about that. So your saying even if I achieved say I don't know for arguments sake 30% global damage buff it would mean nothing?

That bad. I just feel sometimes I have to sacrifice a lot to get that def cap, but lose that acc or vise versa.

The damage buff gained from IO's only how does that affect your overall dpa ? Or is not worth it at all to get significant damage buff?

When are we going have the chance to six lot all our powers? Sometimes I find that I have min/max or short change myself on my builds because of limited slotting. I mean we got inherent fitness, why not this?

Would it be viable to go with a high Regen build? Just throwing this out there.

I've made up my mind already to do stj since it's king ding a ling for stalker primaries. I was holding out to pair it with rad armor or bio armor depending which came out first for beta/ liver release, but bio seems as if it will fit my play style much better. Not too mention I know ice, nin, wp, and ea are top picks to pair stj , but I wanted something slightly different. I have Elec/Wp stalker already and I was never keen on the other resist primaries.

Has anyone taken a stab at how they would build a stalker with this secondary ?

Which Dev I can pm in regards to lore?
