Uh, can't you tell CityOfHeroes.exe and CohUpdater.exe to run as administrator, which disables UAC for that application, and you don't have to disable UAC entirely?

FW, you're overthinking this way too much. It's just a fun project thing. There are a ton of fun project things that people do that don't matter. I mean, sheesh, people catalog how many different ships are in the whole Star Trek universe. That certainly doesn't matter! Etc. etc. etc. All the OP wants is a list of "these are all the attacks, this is smashing percentage, this is lethal percentage, etc. etc. etc."
Do try to understand! This isn't for science. This isn't for anything major. This is for fun. This is for curiosity's sake. This isn't a list in order to level off of, not a list to base your character's exact leveling pace/safety off of. Curiosity. Surely you know what that is? -

E.G., take every damaging power in the game that enemies have (ignore AE for the moment, since critters there are extremely mutable). Place a checkmark by a damage type for each of the attacks that do that damage type. Compare list at the end. Ooh and aah about interesting things that, in the grand scheme of things, don't really mean a whole lot.
But it's interesting to know, nonetheless.
No, I am not volunteering to do this, and I am not telling anyone else to do it. But it's an interesting concept, in any case. -
I prefer the way the market works currently. Note: I am quite possibly the least effective marketer on the planet (I list everything for a couple hundred over vendor price, unless it is selling for vendor price or less, in which case I vendor it). So this isn't someone who's invested in the current market scheme.

I have a level 1 SO sitting in the tray of one of my chars. She was brought along to an AV fight because she had Sonic Siphon, which is a fairly hefty resistance debuff. She spammed that and her one puny attack the whole fight, and was rewarded with a shiny level 1 SO.
DOs, I have no idea. I don't pay attention to DOs. I don't even buy DOs anymore. (Or TOs, for that matter, but I never bought TOs so that doesn't count as much.) -

The NCstore checks against your IP address when you load it, so you are pointed toward the version appropriate for your IP. (Even if you are a Euro on the NA servers, or whatever else.)
While we're merging the forums and suggesting to merge the websites, let's merge the server list as well (so there's one list with 15 servers, not two lists of 11 and 4), so the NA and EU folk can play together as well as post and browse together.

Many keyboards have a maximum number if keys in a certain 'block' of keys that can be pressed at the same time. You've probably run into that limitation.
