The command would be /ci playername to a player who has permission to engage in a coalition.
I have no clue as to whether they have to be online at the same time or not.

I tried searching and looking around in the in-game help and couldn't find a thing about coalitions, so I'm going to ask: how do I set up a coalition?
I'm the superleader of two different SGs that I would like to coalition together. Is this even possible without being able to have both characters logged in at the same time? And what are the commands used to set up coalitions?
