Hover.
The clue is in the name: It's not "aerial manoeuvers." If you need speed from it there are many suggestions within for improving the speed if you want it, but frankly the only improvement I'd make is give it a tad more defence, if that.

hover, as in flying fast from the ground, not in the air.
you are saying it your self, it's in the name, and according to you hover, as the name is saying, should not be a fly power, but rather a hover power.
hey, what is this, it's is just saying what i said, fast movements, HOVERING above the ground, fancy that. -

before i begin, no i don't say hover is useless, i just think a small bonus is needed.
i think that, if you are close or at max 2 meters from the ground, you should have a small speed bonus.
the animation is the same as always, but all it does is within the 2 meter limit, you can hover as fast as running.(and with sprint, plus that speed)
maybe something has to be tweaked, like a small reducing of defense power, but i barely use it so i don't know much about it.
if someone is so kind to suggest something to reduce the unbalance part of it, i will be very happy -
i do have to say that (only as a tip, no nitpicking here) it's best to have the health and endurance close to your character, that way you can keep track on what is happening. (might be the reason why i'm one of the only ones that doesn't die as often as the rest of the team >_> ^_^ <_<

remove/change the villain mission completion sound, i only killed some guy's, no need to make a concert out for it...

....combat jumping is quite useless, better of having hurtle.
no endurance cost and no activation needed, quite the opposite of combat jumping. -
if it's done, it's gonna be on something you need a lvl 50 character to get it....i'm used to see that in COX....

mine is more aimed to the actual game rather then 20 CM of game and the rest HUD.

i was expecting an actual hero designer, better change the name then...maybe to hero stat designer.

i like to see a warning when you didn't touch/change a costume setting, it's so annoying when i forget to change the weapon model. >_<

it just needs some modern tweaking, hair looks like plastic lego hair and a lot of costumes are just unfinished.
and then you have the issue with models, which is more a problem for weaker computers, but lowering the texture quality in lower settings might fix that issue.
one thing i do think has to be updated are the texture choices, maybe as an option somewhere but i like to see some high quality world textures.
i have some power to burn, but the game is a bit like a black/white movie for my vid card.
it can always be a very last thing, a toggle if your pc can take it, just like to see the world have some eye candy new players would enjoy. -

some limits should be in but, with some tweaking, it's not bad.

sorudo, just because what you think should be "fixed" doesn't mean everyone wants it, in fact you may be the only one who wants it, the devs don't put a new feature just for you, they put it for the whole community on EU and US. I don't want to turn this into a flame war, but ignoring what other people say is only going to make you the loser. Let's say you live in Sweden and you're going to a gig in Switzerland in a few days. Another person tries to tell you the gig has been called off, but you tell them you don't care, go to the gig, nobody's there. You wasted all your money getting there for nothing because you ignored something.
As for the suggestion itself, I believe SteelRat pointed out well what I was going to say. Also the earlier posters.

a lot of ppl (and i mean a lot) don't listen to me, but they bite the dust when the devs do listen. -
they are just things that bug me a lot lately, not huge but really annoying.
1. put mercy island more in level per level area's, currently lvl 1 players have to kill level 5 enemy's, fix that.
2. make the mission places close to the contact, and not on the other side of the map.
i don't mind it for lvl 16 and higher, but it's very annoying when you're lvl 2 and you have to go all the way in lvl 8 places, it waists time and it's unnecessary.
3. give a wider choice of contacts then just one or two, if i can fight in kings row then i don't want to be forced to fight in the hollows.
4. make missions more aimed for your hero, lately i only have missions that i really don't need.
CoT only gives natural and magic enchantments and clockwork only for tech and science, give some damn mutant enemy's >_<
