Universal Travel into Sprint.

They disabled it from sprint powers because the prestege power sprints, in effect, gave some players free slots.
I really should do something about this signature.
Because getting 15.65% ranged and area defense just from Sprint + 4 Veteran Sprints is beyond broken.
could disallow it from veteran sprints but not normal sprint?
If you made the prestige sprints weaker than regular sprint it would render them pointless.

I think Winters Gift already is. They are still very powerful sets, slotting them should be a tough decision.
And now we have easy availability of temporary travel powers, it gives players a reason to still take true travel powers.

Aye, tough decision, i wanted to not take a travel power for concept, but wanting this set, i'm gonna need one now >< fooey!

....combat jumping is quite useless, better of having hurtle.
no endurance cost and no activation needed, quite the opposite of combat jumping.
Combat Jumping costs a piddly bit of endurance, give Immobilization resistance and a small bit of defence as well as increased jump height.
So no, not really anything like Hurdle and far from useless.

I see why they haven't allowed it to go in sprints, as outlined about (prestige power dash is the one I've put celerity stealth in so that I can ghost without cutting into my other powers)
Still - the idea is nice

It also gives increased control (including when flying), and is an excellent place to slot Def IOs (e.g LotG, Kismet, Karma) Jumping IOs (+Stealth), and Universal Travel IOs (KB prot, Slow Resist).
All together an excellent power. Don't leave home without it.

Please allow Sprint to be slotted with the universal Travel IOs
