Wish the Freedom Phalanx and Vindicators had powersets reasignments and new cool unique costumes.
I dont buy that excuse about NPC main heroes not getting new costumes because players will want them. NPC mobs got unique costumes all the time, even with the player rig and we still dont get most of those costumes (CoT pope hats, high collar,short cape,jewel belt...Imperial defense coolest pieces, etc)

Also, need Rose Star and Spark Blade already in game, and more W.I.S.D.O.M. spotlight!

Just some fast feedback.
Penny Yin new powers are awesome, love the VFX.
But her yellow pet clashes too much with her pink psionic powers and her red/white/black costume... It clashes so badly it doesnt make sense.
I think it should be pink like the rest of her powers.
Would you think about updating this?

Also, any word about pool/epics customization beign worked?
It may sound silly asking about it but I starting to loose any hope we could have new and cooler custom effects for hasten, superspeed, self heal... among other powers.
Even a no-FX option would be good enough...

My DB/WP scrapper got now the T3 Partial Radial slotted

We all know Cryonic is a cone and its not as effective as Vorpal, Pyronic or Ionic...
But I need Cryonic for concepts.
Was about to craft the T3 partial radial for the increased mob limit and degree cone...
Any advice?
Is the chance to damage proc or hold proc good enough?

I need some feathers shoulder pads for my main badly.

Thing is old powerset deserve some love and need unique animations/mechanics like the newest powersets have.

Also we had a round of alternate animations for blast sets, but only for MA and SS for melee.
I wish claws could use some DB alternate animations, like the Vicky's does with their razor blades.

Old powersets sucks when compared with newest. Visually.

The new powersets got awesome animations, more fluid, less tedious activations time, unique mechanics, customizable VFX even for weapons sets...

Old ones got ugly VFX (Blazing aura pixelated fart from hell, all the darkness powers specially with the skull...), same animations for most of the elemental melee sets (same basic punches with different FX), awful activations time and tedious animations (Thunderstrike,Total focus...) and cloned weaponed sets too (Broadsword,maze and axe are basicly the same powerset).

We definitely need some kind of revamp,update or power reskin for the older sets even if we have to buy it from store.
We been needed the new melee sets like StJ,TW and SF... But some of the older characters want some love too.

4 hours mantenaince to patch this?

We need so many judgment:

Super strenght based (Huge stompfoot punch to the ground)
Energy based (Big fat energy blast,think Cyclops in Marvel VS Capcom)
Tech based (Big Orbital cannon)
Psychic based (Imagine a HUGE Psychic shockwave PBAoE)
Weapon based (Rain of thousand shurikens)

I cant really wait to see what is next!!
Also for powersets, Staff is coming out and we dont know what are the next powers coming. (Maybe psi melee like Penny?)
I hope we can have big proliferation with martial arts for blasters. Its time.

And you should get 550 pp monthly.
I dont think there is a reason for T9 vet players to continue as VIP.
You can buy 1200 pp montly and still a better deal than suscription.

Vigor may work better than Spiritual for /WP characters?

I think there is a magic blast, maybe staff related powerset coming...

Scrappers are perfectly fine.
I would even increase the base HP of stalkers a bit, they are low on HP.
I only play scrappers and brutes.

Just deleted my MA/WP scrapper because Im tired of /WP...
So I decided to reroll as a MA/SD.
But how about that as a tanker? Will damage be good enough?
I got 0 experience with tankers.
