If its the same as Flash Arrow its supposedly around 8% unslotted (hence 15% slotted). Which means combined with some pool defense be up to about 25% damage mitigation. Not bad for the Aggro happy Domi.

Flash Arrow stacks with itself since Issue7, any update on Smoke?

Well Flash Arrow is now auto-hit, so unless u PvP u wont need that Acc in it, either slot ToHit debuff (IIRC its 8% unslotted) or recred cos it now stacks with itself.

Mind/TA is a strange one, cos usually id definately suggest Flash, Acid, Poison Gas and Glue. However, do u plan on using Confuse and Mass confuse a lot? Using Poison Gas would redice the effectiveness of ur new "pet" as would Flash. Acid and Disruption wud obv b nice cos he could cause more dmg.

So if you'r using Confuse as a pseudo pet then you'll have different power choices than if ur just using it as a pseudo control.

That's not what the Prestige Rankings say you're behind at least 2 other SG's, although theyr quiet on th boards and have never actually seen one of either in game
But id imagine they farmed the rikti monkeys quite effectively as theyr a good 20 mill infront of anyone, but since the patch stopped that every1 has begun to catch up

So yeah back to OP, yeah i'll backup what Kinslayer said, 1AT is a nice casual, layabout but love xp kinda group. If u can handle our innane chatter you'll b welcome with open arms. Just give us a shout.

Well it does stack with a recharge rate of only about 20 seconds IIRC. With a base of 20%, if enhanced that could end up a very nice stackable, non aggro, auto-hit power for level 2

Mugshot spun the new arrows between his fingers. Shift has called it a "Flash Arrow". Well it seemed to do the job, and don't get me started on this one with the net attached!

It seemed being in this group of Villains was already paying off. With each day he was acquiring new arrows, new technology, a new following, and new found confidence.

Already, his gang had grown, there was Trigger, Calibre and Whiskey, those guys were always together, and talkative enough that Mugshot could keep up the strong silent type routine. They all took orders, and had already learnt his silent nod commands.

Well you've missed out Sunless Mire and Unchain Essence from Primary, 2 of the set building powers

Mire is the WS version of Buildup, and Unchain Essence is great Superior damage, it's like a mini nuke with a nice mag Disorient.

Gravitic Emanation, coupled with Inky Aspect and odd uses of Unchain Essence would easily disorient any mob. Throw in Orbitting Death into the mix and u could pretty much be the Team Tank, Controller AND blaster in one go

hey BaH, well you could always come and join the 1AT community. We'r a friendly bunch of active players.
We have our own forums - Clicky - 1AT Forums

We've set up Sg's for each CoH AT -

Blaster - Precision Rangers
Controller - Union Overlords
Defender - SNHS
Kheldians - Cosmic Justice
Scrapper - Team GBH
Tanker - Armoured Core.

Then have coalitioned them all. Hence a very active and busy community.

Feel free to come and join the boards and say hello. If ur illu, then obv Union Overlords is the place for you.
Post in their section of the forums and try and wrangle urself a place.
Unfortunately i believe that UO MAY well be full at the moment, but the leaders are very good, and should b having a spring clean constantly so places do free up.
We allow cross-SG alting, hence u could have an AT in each SG, so if you wanted to expand ur Union experience, you can do so

We often have theme nights (AV bashing, lowbie night, All-Def/Cont/Scrapp Nights), which are obv all optional.

Well conserve just halves the endurance cost of any powers you use, and if the Form EndMod negates the toggle cost maybe they didnt even write a cost into the formula.

Hmmmmmm, iv always wondered whether it affected toggles or not..........

Mughsot listened to Pistol's words, confirming everything he thought she knew about her. She was a leader, confident, had a way with words and seemed to have a control over people. Everything Mugshot wasn't. Mugshot stepped forward, catching Pistol's eye, and nodded. Pistol had no doubt that Mugshot was along for the ride, her "Trusted Bodyguard" wouldnt let her cute lil bee-hind get into trouble now would he.

Hatespawns words filled Quentin with a feeling he'd never felt before. It was strange, it was a sort of Empathy and understanding towards another life. Being a slave, being tortured and USED. But then gaining power, and using that power to never let that happen again. Maybe this hairy beast would be more than a big bullsye afterall.

Positron walked around the corner and Mugshot froze. It had been 2 years since Mugshot had seen Positron, and last time, Mughsot ended up in a cell.
Pistol hurled abuse at the Hero, Positron responded with his first attack. Mugshot dived infront of Pistol, turning his back to the blast. It scorched at his skin, but then again it was never as bad as that fire....

Pistol dived out from behind Mugshot and started chanting her incantations at Positron. The invisible force shots only delay his inevitable approach while her minion Hawk emptied clips into his metallic armour.

Mughsot looked around at a suprising bunch. Each were powering up to hold their own. "Payback time". Some of them had been here for years...............and they werent about to be kicked OUT by a no-good hero....
