Absorbed damage is seen when a temporary power is accountable for you being missed. Energy Absorption, Moment of Glory and I think Shadow Meld (along with other powers) seem to do this. Outside buffs just say deflected but if it is a personal, click defense buff it says absorbed.

When you finish the teir 7 reward level you have unlimited IOs.

Actually it is a proven fact that Exalted has higher drop rates. Many studies show that the VIP server has 15%-20% more drops than any server.

If it makes you feel better. At least once a month or so, some one claims that the devs have nerfed the drop rate. They point to multiple hours of farming and only getting some common and uncommon salvage/recipes.

It happens. The devs are not secretly plotting against you in a smoke filled room. Nor is your account bugged.

What do you want to do with it?

I know before IOs were around. I went a whole week without an SO, Insp or base salvage drop.

They would only buff you.

On a side note. you can slot the heal procs in Triage Beacon and it procs on any team mate in the patch for 120 seconds.
