As much as the majority of us view them as scum that's more evil than the devil himself, any dirt found would likely be uninteresting.
Just a bunch of no-fun-allowed stiffs.
Well given they are based in Korea, some of that stuff might be hard to comeby if at all. But I see where you are getting at and it's a extreme drastic measure of thought, but might actually shine the spotlight on the company that is relatively unheard of.
But things like that is a legal tightrope walk and I wouldnt use the word "blackmail" persay as I think that is illegal and sure that NCSoft have skilled lawyers in that department.
And unless COX was some how an illegal trade deal, which it probably may not be, then I think even if you uncover the dirt of mass murders and torture of employees, they still would shutdown COX, even if to cover the legal costs. Plus these things happen all the time in the gaming world. The grime reaper of MMO just so happened to pay us a visit. Remember 8 years is remarkable for an online game. Most dont even last 3 years, a few make it past 4, and even fewer see the 6th annual.

On the internet, the more you say something isn't a big deal and to not worry about it, the more everyone thinks they need to make a big deal about it and worry about it (because you drew attention to it). The way you actually accomplish that, is to simply move on and don't acknowledge it.But sometimes drawing attention to it is more fun!

I didnt draw attention to "per say". It was a mere misspelling in a text, nothing more. Like would it have killed them to not even bother pointing it out, like they do on most postings? I doubt they would have dropped dead if they let it go but no they chose to make a deal out of it, over nothing.
The rules shouldnt only apply to me. I'm the one that is not to respond but yet, they can respond all they like without anyone saying a word to them about it. People can make misspellings all they desire to make, but they cant overlook one simple mistake in my post. To me, that is making a deal out of mistake, a type that most people here tend to make, but yet they chose me and only me to point it out because it would be detrimental to their health to let it go otherwise.

My point is, if you didn't want it to derail your point, then don't respond to it. It might be tempting to respond, to defend your honor or whatever the hell reasoning we tell ourselves, but it's simply counter productive. Consider it as a variant of the Streisand Effect.

The way it looked and given the situation and lack of frequency he corrects other people's misspellings and or wrong word usage, it did come off as you quoted "haha ur dumb." If that is not the intentions, then I think answers to my questions would clear that up because that is how exactly it seemed to me.
And clear example of what I'm talking about.
