The REALLY Done Club!

This thread is for those of us who, now that we've gotten the bad news, have no new badges to get and now never will. Let's celebrate those of us who were crazy enough to get every single badge we could!

Professor Eviella, 1395 badges. Missing Celebrant (on a villain), 7 and 8 year vet (joined too late/ badge was bugged), Passport (not on Euro servers), and Bug Hunter (no devs left to reward it to me at this point even if I find something).

im sitting at 1384, i REALLY wanted to be able to break 1400 soon but it looks like ncsoft has to go shatter dreams and families

Since nothing will come of me saying it now: yes, I have Passport, and no, I've never been on the EU servers. I'm not sure exactly what caused it, but I think it was a fluke related to entering the City of Villains beta code and a Hero Gear Kit code at the same time.

To be honest, I've always had mixed feelings about this, but I have a pretty low self-esteem and having this badge made me feel special. Failing to report my badging advantage has eaten at my conscience, though, and is on a (thankfully short) list of what I consider to be failures of not doing the right thing. I'm sorry if it ever caused anyone grief.

I did not get my 8 year Vet badge.





The only badge(s) I have left to earn are Triple Threat and the resulting Master of Magisterium badge. I currently have 1396, and am hoping to have maxed out at 1398 by the end of the long weekend.

As an extra P.S. I at least did manage to reach 300 non-AE souvenirs on my main badging character. I realize most people probably never cared about them but I realized a while back that they were yet another thing to start "collecting" in this game.

1390 here; joined too late to get Celebrant, Reveler, Pursuer, Merrymaker, and 6-8 Year Veteran. I should have 5 Year Veteran but don't. And then there's Bug Hunter and Passport.

I was thinking of trying to start badging all over again, but the thought of doing some of them again (Partner, all the RV stuff, grinding Rep) made me hesitant, and this announcement makes it officially dead.

1397 on my main Caliburst. Only missing Bug Hunter, Passport, and 8 Year Vet (which I would have had back in April).

1388 on Das Bones. Missed a lot of event badges cause I made him in like 2007. My warshade Yat Man has all the event badges tho. Shoulda just grabbed them on him but once I started playing my fire rad, the warshade took a back seat....

1394 badges on both badge hunters. They are only missing Bug-Hunter, Passport and of course vet badges from the broken vet badge system.

Also I just shifted influence on all alts so that my 2 badgers are capped at 2 billion inf again.

I've only ever been a casual badger, so the number isn't impressive. I've been collecting these badges as I saw fit, little bits here and there, since 2007. Now I just don't have the spirit to bother with any more.

1,396 on my badge character, missing only Bug Hunter, Passport and veteran badges.

I miss badging already...

Sitting around 1010 on Hyperstrike. A nice, binary number. At one point I was making a concerted effort to do all badges on him.
Then I realized what that entailed and that if I wanted to enjoy the rest of the game I'd never get it done.

It was exactly like it was after I made Eagle Scout almost as early as possible (back in the days when they had "time in rank" requirements).

Yeah. I was big.
Yeah. I was bad (well, in a good way).
Then I got my first National Eagle Society letter and saw guys who'd gotten ALL the merit badges...Dudes who had to wear TWO sashes to display them all.

You guys who pushed all the way on them have my abject admiration.

Also, if you want Bughunter, submit a bug "Game closing! This will completely break gameplay!"

I thought about transferring to get The Really Hard Way, but in the end getting it with my friends on Protector was the important thing.

1396 was the final count on my dominator, Raelith. She's only missing Really Hard Way, Passport, Bug Hunter and the last two vet badges that she needs.

My secondary badger and my namesake oddly enough has 1337 badges.

I only wish there would have been way for Primal Earth characters to convert alignment to "Praetorian" and thus gain all the Praetorian badge names for the Achievement badges.

I missed out on badges from the most recent winter and spring events. I was taking a break during those months. But this was a game I would always come back to. I figured the holiday events would roll around again with new badges as well as the ones I missed, so I never worried about it to much.

Sad times indeed. I'm gonna miss this this game and all my friends and fellow badges who got me this far.

I cant bring myself to log my badger in but i know she sits up there in the high 1390's.

She has every badge in game that she can get but never received the last vet badges she bought and paid for

Every badge i got was before the particular requirements for it got nerfed in one way or another, so yeah a lot of monkeys, a lot of frustration and a lot of fun

The badge that will always mean the most to me was by far The Really Hard Way badge, and for that i must thank all the guys on Union.

The worst for me... the other 139? cos those of you who knew my badger, know how much i truly hated playing her
