I have tested this several ways in beta and the choice I have liked the best is focusing on global recharge......yes recharge. Aim gives you the tohit you need for uber snipe. I was able to incorporate aim and snipe as a "psuedo combo" attack in my chain and I am very pleased with the result.


my 2 cents worth anyways.

p.s. unless you have /energy of course lol for all other secondaries, the above will be my blueprint.

The new Fighting pool Tier 5 gives an 10% to-hit buff (for six seconds) when you own Boxing and Kick.

You can also use the Offense Amplifier for an additional 10% to-hit buff.

EDIT: Also, you can start an alt account, create a buffbot Defender and give them Tactics! Put the buff bot on autofollow. If your machine is beefy enough, you don't even need another computer to do this.

Use insights. Inspirations drop like candy and short of combining for other things, the yellows don't have much use. You can probably have perma insight with a little luck.

So the perma options are fairly limited. Getting Tactics to 16% is probably easiest, barring something AT specific. Perma Offense Amplifier is not too bad of an option, pre-incarnate.

I'm a Corr guy, and we don't have Ice Mastery to softcap s/l, with mace mastery it's an easy choice to have tactics and pic up Focused Acc from mace for perma 22+%, i'm not near mids so I'm unsure if that's a choice available to blasters. But if it is, problem solved.

Blasters do not have access to +to-hit in their APP pools.


Why Blasters? Empathy Sucks.

Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.

Enhancement Boosters on Tactics slotting and a Kismet +Acc will put you a small yellow away from the threshold.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm swimming in yellows most of the time because they don't do much for you after you have enough accuracy through slotting.

Don't blasters have access to Corr patrons?


Edit: Checked on it, seems patrons are altered for blasters, my mistake.

We need a macro specialist to make up a bind that converts to yellow and pops it.

Disclaimer I've not tested those. I don't know how much button mashing it would take to get them to work in play, but I suspect you'd need to at least hit the macro twice, once to make the insight, once to pop it.

Also, full credit goes to TopDoc for the base macros I just recalled seeing in that thread months ago and have subsequently mangled for this purpose

Tactics can be raised to 16% with 3-4 slots. Though I think I prefer buying Offense Amp to get to 50.
