I believe that is one of Antimatter's powers from the Keyes trial.
There is Disintegration and 2 Entanglement power icons that look very similar to player incarnate power icons.
If the slot is indeed that -- It would be rather ... interesting. The list of various options available is rather long.

ONE of those incarnate abilities is going to be a transformation power. You'll change into some giant monster or beast or creature or something, with a temporary powerset and just wreak havoc all over the place.

Free 800 Paragon points. So you can now get those powersets that VIPs should have gotten immediate access to instead of whatever ******** system they screwed us over with. We VIPs got the short end of the stick..

Short end of what stick exactly?
The stick that says we get access to an entire system that a Premium player never can, no matter HOW many points he wants to buy?
The stick that gives us all of the SSAs for free?
The stick that gives us a minimum of 400 points for free every month?
Oh...wait a second....that last one......
We DO get those sets for free.....we just don't get them the day they are released unless we saved our stipend and didn't blow it on other stuff.

Dirges
Since Freedom came out we've gotten Time Manipulation, Dark Control, Dark Assault, and Dark Affinity for free. That's 4 sets in less than a year. On top of that, any VIP that didn't buy Going Rogue also gets Kinetic Melee, Electric Control, Demon Summoning, and Dual Pistols for free.
Prior to Freedom (span of 7 years), we got Shield Defense, Willpower, Dual Blades, Archery, Trick Arrow, Sonic Attacks, and Sonic Resonance for free, and the sets that came out with CoV were made free several years later.
I'd say they're doing pretty good.

I would really hope there would be more options than transforming into a silly ol' canine...

I *also* get *even more* options on top of that, that I can optionally buy or not buy, and the game hands me a bunch of points a month to offset much of those point costs.
So: more for my money than before, more options to spend money on than before. That's not being screwed: that's making sweet, sweet love while surrounded by Barry White's voice.

Seriously tho, this game is hands down the best MMO on the market. And I have been dabling around only to get disgusted at what else is out there.

To get the thread back on track:
I sincerely hope that no incarnate powers involve a signature character's powers OR a transformation power. If it will be a signature power at all, I hope it is of a Create-Your-Own power style. And I just don't like the idea of homogenizing the appearance of all characters, even if for only a few minutes.
I wouldn't mind a design-your-own in Omega. But I'm really not in a hurry to see it no matter what it is.
Yeah a heavily customizable signature power would be AWESOME. I doubt that's what it'll be though. Personally I'm thinking that it'll be a very powerful attack.

Okay, if your ingame type this in chat [Disintegration] Look at the symbol, it's t4 omega. That could mean that the omega incarnate slot is a signature move off a big villain/incarnate. Not sure if it's old news or not..But it's intriguing.
