Gosh darn this -KB IO is a game-changer!
It still only does the one power right? Did you find out what this 'easter egg' for it, is?
Yep it's pretty sweet, just got done speccing both my Khelds and taking them for a spin. Double Flare is pretty awesome for melee AOE now. For my Warshade I put it in Dark Detonation (he's human only) and that is equally awesome.

Assuming you have a power that is a % chance for kb to occur, you slot the IO and then..
Does it become kd, with that same % chance?
Does it become kd, with a 100% chance?
Does it become the % chance, further dependant on teh 'proc' rate of teh IO (assuming there is one)?

Powers without Knockback gain a 20% chance to cause Knockdown
Powers that already cause Knockdown are unaffected I believe, as the Enhancement causes a -99% Knockback on the power
I was thinking of taking it for my Warshade and putting in Gravitic Emanation

It's pretty darn useful in Solar Flare. Sends it more towards Foot Stomp territory.
Does it work in a damage aura?
I think I might be the only person that is a little upset about this enhancement. For years some of us have been looking for a way to have a choice as to whether a power does knockback or not and now we have been given that choice in a limited fashion because the IO is a Unique..
Therefore in toons with Multiple KB attacks I can only slot this once..
Not saying im not going to place it in a few toons.. but kind of a huge letdown for the plans I had for some

There is still time for a set that removes KB from a power, it maybe that you do less DPE with the set compared to other sets I don't know but this is certainly a universally good way as it effects all ATs thus shifting the balance no where.

Yes, this is a Game-Changer. It has changed how I play the game with my PB. I actually use Solar Flare when teaming now
As compared to what amounts to a fancy, long duration inspiration.
I'd have to say I do like having this in Solar Flare. It does make it less annoying of a scatter power. Though, I may be the only one who sometimes enjoyed the ability to cause complete chaos in a mob.
Likewise, I would have preferred it if the effect of the proc was global. It would have made the set more of a help to characters that have multiple knockback powers.

When you say this, what comes to mind, some of the crazier temp powers / boosters and inspirations out there?

I also think of the amplifiers which will allow any blaster to have perma snipe and mez protection at all times.
There's others, but the way I see it, with some exceptions (Bonfire) all this IO does it make powers functional that sucked.

I am completely in love with my Peacebringer now. It's so darn nice to be able to do efficient AoE damage for once.
