She has a new TF in IP to replace the old Sister Psyche TF - it's a lot shorter, and plays out like a TF version of the Respec Trial.

This doesn't seem to be Live. I can start the game up no problem without waiting for updates and the costume sets aren't available.

The key part of the thread title is the word "overview"

I'm also going to express my concern for Hybrid. There's been a lot of concerns expressed in the Beta forums over the slot without much response from the development team and now it's being promised as part of I23.

If they're not putting it back in the oven, then I hope beta testing is expected to last quite a long time to get Hybrid to a state more in favor of the players. And if beta is going to last quite a while, then the overview seems a little early.

But who knows, maybe this announcement will get more people to test out beta so there's enough server population to get more trials going.

Also: Mecha Pics Plz?

@Rylas

Kill 'em all. Let XP sort 'em out.

LOL I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw that picture. Seeing as its the Anti-Tardis, I think we all know Matt Smith is driving it! Anyway, I'm always pleased to see new issues, but the one thing that really grabbed my attention was that nice red and black leather armor set on the front page, with the chic holding the pink crystal wrist blades. I gotta have that costume set! Oh and a few more little things:

1. Are we getting staff fighting with issue23?
2. When will we ever get BACK SWORDS, BACK GUNS, BACK WEAPONS, ETC..!?
3 Will we be able to choose an all female mastermind set? Amazonians, Lady thugs, Female Assassins, Mecha Woman, etc..
4. Can we please have the option to purchase the Chimoran Oracle Costume set. That is by far the most attractive costume in the game for female characters, and many of us could make a wicked but sexy female villain that would give ghost widow a run for her money!

Some of us have been waiting for years just to be able to put a sword on our ninjas, warrior, etc. characters backs since the game first started and still this option is missing. All in all, I can't wait for i23 to go live.

Her "hand weapons" in that picture are also a good foreshadowing of the upcoming Psychic Melee powerset...

No. April 17th.

What a damn tease. They shouldn't use "Live" to describe it.

Sweet! thanks for the info Dread. Anymore info on the red and black leather armor set on the front page? Is that the leather set mentioned in the overview?

That's Penelope Yin, and her outfit is unique to her - the chainmail and leather costume parts are more medieval.

But the overview is live.

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. Sigh....damn I was looking forward to using that costume, with staff fighting, while sporting a black Katana on the back! oh well there goes my Aeon Flux-ish theme thanks for the info guys.

It's on the website, not in the game. It's no more "Live" than an article on the New York Times website.

Any pics of the new Hybrid powers? and Costume sets? I could not find a link for an in-depth look on Hybrid or new armors.

No, the slot is an advertised main feature. Perhaps it is "just a bonus" to YOU, but I missed that dev announcement. And no, you don't count.

I'm sorry, but I must be missing something. The Overview could not be "live in the game," as it is a website-only feature. There has never been a "live in the game" issue overview.

That would be a comment for the beta boards, not a discussion thread on the live boards. Do keep in mind that we're still on the first beta build for i23, and that there's been some really promising feedback and suggestions so far.

I see two things that make me happy:
1. "End of Praetorian arc."
2. Free costumes.

Here's hoping they can cook the Tyrant trial a little bit longer and add one or two more phases to the finale. Go out with a bang! And not just in a cutscene.

I missed the word "Overview" and don't think that "Live" should apply to stuff posted on the website.

It's a little mix-up, just forget about it.

Yeah cuz this is a feedback thread? And in the beta forum? Y'know, where the -developers- like Synapse and Positron are paying attention for that exact kind of thing instead of the PR reps like Freitag and Zwill who have no control whatsoever over game mechanics?

Just saying.
