She has a cos-play convention in Praetoria she's late for?
That never happened to me, but I only tested that mission with my main which is a male model.

That is a total scream. I knew Praetor Duncan was trying to improve her image, but I never thought she would go that far! 
"How do you know you are on the side of good?" a Paragon citizen asked him. "How can we even know what is 'good'?"

I had a similar glitch with Max's personal story arc, my wolf tail showed up.
Same. My character's skirt and cape appeared over Ms. Duncan... though it looked pretty cool on her since my character had a pink/purple color theme which didn't totally clash with Domi's costume.

HahahaHA! Just came across this bug myself, and poor Duncan didn't get matching colors. Instead she got wings, tail, and aura from my female that clashed rather unflatteringly. Poor girl.

Similar to the Hellion costume during the beginner missions in Atlas Park. I'll be sad when it is fixed. Needed the laugh in the gloom and doom that is Dark Astoria.

Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.
Hey remember that thread one of the red names started asking which signature characters costumes we liked?
Rumors and hearsay: In an effort to get a larger data point, the devs coded a background script to record costume part usage data/combinations to make a data base. But there is a bug!! thats why the costumes get switched.
edit: or it's a nemesis plot to make better automotons.

I ran that arc the other night, my character has the Feathers cape.... and it showed on Praetor Duncan's back. Guess Praetor Duncan is more into Primal fashions now that she's actually visited.
