Seems a bit off of them to put the Beast Mastery set in their (v cool) Issue 22 launch video and not put it in the issue.
But yay, issue 22!

So basically if my SS/SR brute monitors 3 positional defenses, recharge, recovery, end consumption, damage bonus, and stealth radius, odds are I may have to re-configure that?

It was one of the top things I was looking forward to since testing it on beta.

One of the "down sides", if there are any, to having new stuff released to the Paragon Market just about every week instead of having to wait for a whole new issue or booster for the release of something.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Btw, what are the converters that are referred to in the title? Are they the same as the ATIO enhancement catalysts? Do you buy them? Is it something else?

Still vaguely annoyed, though, since this was good timing for me (I teach and am on spring break) and I may not be able to be around when they actually go live if it's not until next week.

You have to find the magic unicorn. He only shows up rarely in spawns of five or more. He'll con as a foe but it's important that you don't damage him at all. You can kill the other foes that spawned with him. You must sit there and let him attack you. Once you are down to almost no HP (and the magic unicorn is also at full HP), he will suddenly con friendly. You have a small window in which to click on him then for a random reward before he suddenly heals you to full health and then despawns. You have a chance of getting a converter, then.
