Just confirming, 3 new badges for the Spring Fling?

According to what is on the Beta server, yes, those are the 3 new ones.
Rabbits & Hares:Blue (Mind/Emp Controller)Maroon (Rad/Thermal Corruptor)and one of each AT all at 50

.. question for Match Maker and Missed Connection.... can a single character obtain both of them, or just one of them ?

It will be easier if you switch to Rogue or Vigilante for the event (spend your Alignment Merits first or lose them) so that recipients on the 'other side' are reachable, otherwise, you'll have to drop some of the valentine tips.

If both you and the foe are over level 20, any foe should drop any kind of Tips.

The destinations are a mix of 5 places: Hero zone, villain zone, praetoria, pocket D and board transport instance missions. Being a straight hero or villain only excludes you from 1 out of 5 of these, so it may not be worth the time to change to vig/rogue for these badges.
That blue thing running around saying "Cookies are sometimes food" is Praetorian Cookie Monster!

Currently working on:
Turtle Snapper - SD/MA/Ice Tanker
With luck or randomness, I didn't feel the need to change alignment from Hero. I dropped a total of 3 tips and was able to get both badges. I might have been able to not drop any if I looked closely at who the valentine was for and chances are it wouldn't have been in a non-accessible location, but I was going for each badge separately at the time.
And just to make sure others know, you will probably have to run the Ganymede or Scratch mission set before DJ Zero will "turn on" the vday tips for you. My guy already had the previous badges, but was still required to redo them

I find your lack of signature disturbing.
As soon as I ran DJ Zero I started to get Spring Fling tip drops, then they seemed to stop. Not sure why, but I eventually decided to get the rest I needed by running Snaptooth over and over (you get one tip drop upon completion of that mission, much like all the other mission completes for Spring Fling related missions).
Also strangely virtually all my temp rewards were Arrows of Jealousy. I only got one Arrow of Romance out of 14 drops. If they are supposed to be 50/50, that's a very uncommon skew.

Yeah I had assumed that the temp that drop was based on your choice, to sync up with the effects of your actions, as in, delivering it correctly causes romance, misdelivering it causes jealousy. Definitely not the case, since a number of romantic endings gave me arrows of jealousy >>

If my toon has the snaptooth mish still up from last V day , and then runs it, do you think that would be sufficient to trigger the drops?

Just read the announcement and it appears there will be 3 new badges coming with the Spring Fling event:
Widow Maker
Match Maker
Missed Connection
I know the event isn't live yet, but just wanted to confirm if it is known if these are all the badges or if there are more that are not listed in the official announcement. Thanks in advance!
