Cheated out of monthly Stipend
Account Management -> Billing Summary -> Microtransactions (Last 90 Days).
This shows when you were awarded points. It has to the best of my knowledge never been wrong. The dates that points actually award has often been wrong, but they have always been correctly dated on that page, across many people I've asked (around a hundred by this point, maybe more).

I myself have been "cheated" in the sense that I should've received my paragon points 8 days ago.

Now keeping track is a simple matter of checking my point total the day before the free points are due and not buying anything until after the stipend is awarded. If I want to buy more points I do it after I get the stipend so I don't get confused again.

Keep in mind also that in the microtransactions, you can actually get 2 transactions per month:
- the 400 fixed reward
- a bonus reward
So if you don't look carefully, you can think you received only 400 instead of 550 but truly you got 550.

I've had numerous issues with monthly stipends being awarded in a timely fashion, or with vet badges being awarded, and other things that used to be much more smooth since the transition to Freedom. I don't think I'm being 'cheated' I just don't think the new model runs very smoothly yet. Still waiting on my 5 year vet badge, which is months overdue, and January's stipend of points for the market is 20 odd days late.
Moral of the story, be patient, and report it to support if you have to, but public accusations of 'cheating' are a bit much to leap to as a first step.

They need to add the tokens to that schedule as well. Probably the transfers, too--but I could care less about those.
I'm afraid to ask how long that monthly points schedule has been available. That has been one of the main sticking points in my craw since Freedom went live. And I've been fairly vocal about it. Granted, no one has pointed this out to me until now, but even so...

FYI saying you've been cheated is pretty inflammatory. It's the sort of thing that can get a post deleted.

I haven't bought anything from another game since Freedom launched, so I don't know if they now utilize that as well, but it did indeed show up with Freedom. I imagine Lineage II's F2P microtransactions show up there.

I'm still not sure why changing sub options would alter the billing date (my sub is still set to expire on Aug. 18/2012). But, support was pretty quick in getting the answer back to me. Strange, though, I still got my monthly reward token on the 18th.
I get the impression the whole system in awarding the monthly VIP stipend might be slightly...unpredictable.

I had the same issue last month and let me tell you...it was the first time in 6 years that I have felt effed with by support.
I petitioned on Jan 5th, my billing date was Dec 29th. The first response was sort of a canned one, pretty much making me feel like an idiot that didn't have a clue.
The next response was very adament that I had everything I should, that my points were awarded on the 25th of December and that my token came a day or two after. I cied bull...you-know-what, but in a tactful manner. I told them that no, I didn't have either things, that the only tokens I had received in December were the ones that I earned by buying PPoints.
2 days later and I have my point. Support was all silent and then boom, points. Still no token. I ask them again, I have the points, thank you, but still no token. They try to tell me that I probably earned it while playing, and then it became...you might not have loggd in for a while so therefore missed having it. Um...I log in daily, sometimes multiple times. I don't think I'd miss it. =P
I tell them again, I do not have it, I log in daily, please stop taking me for a fool. The next morning: Oh! It looks like the earlier reps didn't have a clue what they were talking about! You should have your token now! I log in after that e-mail and what do you know...a token. >.>
My bill date is the 29th, I received my 400 PPoints almost 5 days ago...still no token. If I don't have it by 5th of Feb I will just petition again. There is a thread about this in another part of the forum, and many people are saying that they have to petition every month just to get their points and token because they aren't coming in at all.

As for the date of your token- if you haven't unsubbed since Freedom, it should be on your "veteran reward" date (but monthly) - so before your points. With he transfer being on the first.
If you can wihtout messing up your billing, I'd say let it lapse after the loyalty program ends, if that's something you are after, and let it go for a day then resub and see if that fixes things for you.

I'm on a 6 month sub plan that doesn't run out until the end of June. My billing has only lapsed once, and that was around I12 or so for only a couple of months when money was super tight.
Yeah, I know, very weird! Got them (supposedly) 4 days before the bill date last month and nearly 8 days before this month. Still no token though.
I did check my account page a few minutes ago and it agrees with support that I got my points last month on the 25th of December, but I didn't actually get them until almost Jan 7th, and had to petition and deal with the runaround for several days until they finally showed up. That page may say one thing, but for some of us it is actually doing another.

Hope this isn't that old veteran rewards database corruption thing rearing it's ugly head again... I remember having to email support every three months. Now it would be every month, what a pain.

I had a reply from support, rather strangely my billing date has moved on a week for some unknown reason, similar to what others here have experienced.
Update:
The points came through on both my accounts today (the 29th), a week late on my main account but on the correct date on my 2nd account.

I have been playing that other new game, so I haven't logged in in a bit.
I did do the 12+2 special though, so I haven't lapsed at all.
I got points on 11/16 and 12/16. No points awarded yet from January.
So, I just sent in a petition and came looking and found this thread. I wonder if my billing date has randomly moved like some here.
I wish I had paid closer attention to my Tokens. I'm not sure if I'm missing one or not.
edit: I think I'll religiously spend my one Token every month and not save any, that way I can keep track of the Token easier.
Is anyone else being cheated out of there montly stipends?
I was suppose to receive 550 Paragon Points, but the GMs said I already recieved them. They gave me the dates of which I recieved the points, but I never got any point on that date.
