Cheated out of monthly Stipend
Just got an update, quite a quick response I will say.
My stipend date mysteriously moved from the 16th to the 28th, just as others here in this thread have had their dates move.
The GM didn't really seem sure why. It does seem to be something to do with the 12+2 month special.
Another data point, after having check my account history: I appear to get my VIP PPs the first Wednesday after my bill date. This is consistent over the past three months.
My points come the 1st day of my billing cycle according to my account history.

Mine are coming the day of now, but the first month or three was the day after - consistent with the "24 hour" wait I recommend to most people.
For a further dimension to the data - I am currently nearing the end of a 14 month (12+2) sub, so I have been subscribed continuously since way before Freedom.

it goes off your veteran reward date (which for any new players would be the day before renewal) - which can be any of several days for older customers due to things like bonus time. They want it to award with he points (or all up front for multi-month subs) but they have to work out some issues.
Transfer token should be the first of the month for everyone.

My billing date is the 29th if that helps. My last token I received the 8th of this month, but that was my December token granted late after a petition and then the run arund for a week. I give up, I really do.

I wasn't cheated out of my monthly stipend but I was cheated out of my reward token. I sent a support ticket in and was told I was awarded it (I haven't received a paragon token since December 26th). I just informed them they were wrong and requested that my ticket be escalated.
It was their condescending remarks and acting like I had no clue what I was talking about that made me decide not to spend my monthly $50 on paragon points. I am sure that means nothing to them, but it is the principle to me - not going to give them more money when they can't hold up their end of the deal.
I seriously wish Paragon would look more into the way their customers are treated regarding these types of issues by "Customer Support."
I've never been able to work out when I should get either the token or points. I have assumed however that in the end I would get them when they fix all the problems, without having to petition each month.
I would hate to think that this is a wrong assumption and I have to put in individual petitions for known problems.
