"How do you know you are on the side of good?" a Paragon citizen asked him. "How can we even know what is 'good'?"

"The Most High has spoken, even with His own blood," Melancton replied. "Surely we know."

The Turrets are the most dangerous and least-recognized faction in the game. Their fearsome immobility makes the perfect cover for their attempt to seize power over all other factions, which will form the centerpiece of i52, "Bunkering Down." At last, my dream of that radio mission to "Defeat Bunker and his Turrets crew!" is one step closer to reality.

It just occurred to me that turrets might be like Snipers, actually able to move if you stack enough immobilize protection on them. Has anyone tested this with a friendly turret, like those at the Vanguard bases?

were they in the whole mission or just one spawn?

I've got one of these turret missions on my main. Fun things happen to old newspaper missions when new patches come along.

One of my characters acquired a BOSS_NAME mission in Peregrine. The door is one of the boats at the docks, the interior is a Council base, and it's populated with Minions of Igneous (which cap at like level 14).

We should come up with some lore for BOSS_NAME. He's like the MissingNo. of City of Heroes.

They can't, actually. They are immobilized. The only way they can move is to get enough immobilize protection put on them. And since immobilize protection is pretty rare in PVE enemies, they don't get enough and thus can't move.

I've long had a BOSS_NAME mission in PI that is stocked with Cimerorans (at least I did last time I checked). Not one I ever wish to complete.

A little off topic, but two questions:

On your buff bar, there is an icon that looks like the Inner Inspiration icon, but it has a gold background instead of a grey background. What is that?

Also, what is that on power tray #2, slot #7?

Gold one is a day job bonus of some kind, the one in tray 2 is frenzy, the villain alignment power.

Ah, but in the AE, you can put Immob-protection buffers in the same group as snipers and get mobile snipers!

Like Aggelakis said, Snipers (and turrets) have a self-immobilize power that normally prevents them from moving. You might be confusing the sniper's lack of protection from knockback and repel powers as being able to move. Turrets have protection against those effects in addition to being immobilized.

I've never seen a turret walk around, but it only takes one immobilize protection buff to get them to jump.
