Going off the rails (Warning: Spoilers ahoy!)

My War Mace scrapper would have happily caved in Wade's skull the second he entered the Midnight Club. Protect the artifact's my ***.

I wouldn't have bothered with capturing Malaise. The SOB already killed my charge, nobody was around, he would have "died resisting arrest".

At the end of the double arc, I wouldn't have turned Protean over to Longbow or the PPD. I would have given him to Wyvern...

Interestingly, in the post-Incarnate world, the Reichsman TF could now be interpreted as him attmepting to gain Incarnate power from the other Marcus Coles as a way to escape the control of the Well, rather than the vague "powering up" motivation that the text suggests.

Apparently, shortly after issue 15 launched, some teams proved themselves able to defeat 'The Invincible' Reichsman in the first encounter with him. Developers later went back and fixed this. Personally would have kept it and made it a non-standard TF/SF ending giving full rewards and the badge title "Plot Derailer" with the following description: "Congratulations, you've ruined the whole story with your stupid power gaming! Now go back and follow the plot rails like a good player!"
WIN! I would have allowed this also. LOL

In "Pretender to the Throne", when my crab spider Cale Baumann beat down Kalinda for answers, he wouldn't have let her off so lightly. Oh hell no - she played him, Cale doesn't let stuff like that go.

After her admission that Recluse wanted to see how far Cale would go with the "Destined One" thing, he would demonstrate how far by disabling Kalinda's mediporter signal, then taking this already-battered Fortunata and beating her into a permanently crippled state before walking away. Any further villainy on Kalinda's part would be conducted from a wheelchair, if she survived.

Hmm, just about any of my heroes would have saved Laura Lockhart. What, they didn't figure 20-odd level heroes would have the Alchemist accolade by now?

As for Tyrrano, he'd eat Captain Mako. Literally. Yum, shark meat. Power of the Leviathan, my big dinosaur butt!

Not to mention if anyone was playing anyone with a heal power.

Silly villian. You forget about such things as cybernetics.

PSSSST! They did that in Preatorea, it was not a good idea!

Even though my hero is a magical fire throwing dude, I'd have stopped Crey differently, instead of getting Manticore's Task Force to go breaking down doors, or researching the Revenant Hero Project, I would have just pulled some string after stopping Malta with my new found government contacts (Crimson and Indigo) and gotten a proper SEC and IRS investigation of Crey Industries and collapsed them internally and financially. Then the reclaimed money could go into rebuilding Faultline, Perez, Boomtown and the Hallows.

Silly BrandX, you forgot that cybernetics require an intact spinal cord.

I would probably give Frostfire a hug and a cookie. Poor guy can't seem to catch a break.

I would also likely have allowed Ghost Widow to reform her body and just punched that Arbiter in the face. I've been fighting Arachnos since I got out of jail, the hell do I care if they're 'actively' hunting me. At least Ghost Widow taught me neat magic.

I DEFINITELY wouldn't leave Katie Douglas to her fate. That is the most annoying aspect of First Ward; It doesn't feel like it's FINISHED.

For my heroes, particularly for my former villain who had worked with Wade before and knew what he was up to, yeah, Darrin Wade in SSA2 would've been the big one. I can suspend my disbelief from an in-character/out-of-character standpoint, and say that most of my hero characters simply weren't clued in enough as to who the guy with the inexplicable Nictus powers was at the time.

But my Fire/Dark Brute, who had previously been told, point blank, from the man himself, that he was a Rularuu cultist would've "arrested" the everloving crap out of him the moment he showed up during a Rularuu cult raid.

Similarly, there would've been a lot of ignoring of ambushes in SSA3. Particularly when Blitz got in his helicopter-thing, most of my heroes would've gone "k, see ya" and proceeded after the badguys.

Villainside, there's less, though as similarly described by others, I often take an in-character approach at resolution to Westin Phipps that, let's just say, results in my pretending he's "phased out" after his arcs.

Oh, this reminded me of another one. I still haven't figured out why any of my Vigilantes just kind of let her go in the level 50 Alignment mission.
