I've been having severe crash issues since the latest patch, and I have 12.1 installed.
I have been running trials and lots of missions with 12.1 and with no issues. I'll probably bump it to the good list.

V: Brute 50, Corruptor 50, MM 50, Dominator 50, Stalker 50, AW 50, AS 50

Please tell us as much as you can so we don't have to put on our Karnak hat and guess what you have.

With the Catalyst 12.1's, I spent the whole night doing trials and a CoP with no issues at all

Badging character: Bimble on the Union server, Badgehunter.com and City Info Tracker.
AMD released the 7750 and 7770 series cards.
Performance is 57xx series level but use less power (75W-100W) range important for those who aren't rocking 1200W PSUs* for their one video card.
*Humor, a 1200W PSU is completely silly but that doesn't stop some poor fools from buying something that they will ever make good use out of.

Just installed the 12.1 driver for use with my 5850. In the open world, my framerate's taken a little dip from where it used to be. I still need to see what my rate is like during instanced maps and on trials.

I finally upgraded from v11.2 to v12.1 a few weeks ago. The video lag has increased significantly. Mothership Raids are almost like the old days again. 
While it's not crippling enough to feel like backing it out, it is definitely a downgrade. I would not recommend v12.1 unless you're already worse off.

I'm using a Radeon HD 6800 series card (I forget the exact model number).
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

I would suggest you start a new thread and lets get a better look at what you have.

12.1 is stable and works fine, I don't see any such "performance" drop between versions. So please post up more info so we can help track down this drop.

Ok, please bear with me for being a noob, but I really am not a technically-minded person.
I just bought a new PC-- this one
I have had great success with it so far, compared to my older computers, but I have seen one issue. The Black Wolf pet that comes through the Superpacks is not black for me. When summoned, it is pure white and featureless. I am assuming that I need to update my drivers, but am not sure exactly what to take. If anyone could point me in the right direction (IE a link), I would be very grateful.

I was running 12.1 just fine on my XFX 4770 often times running with 2 instances.
Loaded 12.2 and had serious problems even with just a single instance running. Long freezes and pausing. Never actually crashed, but the freezes were long enough that I would be dead when I came out of it.
I went back to 12.1 and everything is running fine again.
We don' need no stinkin' signatures!
So far no problems for me with 12.2. 12.3 is now out so, more testing.
Edit: if its working fine, don't mess with it. (I test so I guess I mess with it)

12.3. Crashing about ever three or four hours. (I noticed some issues on Borderlands as well)
Anyone have any tips on a quick way to roll back to 12.1?

Add/remove programs (programs and features) > express uninstall all ATI software. Reinstall 12.1

Just sharing my experience with a recent AMD Radeon, I have a 7770 and I generally average 30 FPS outdoors, 50+ for indoor missions, with everything on Ultra, except Shadows (High) and Ambient Occlusion (Balanced). Incarnate trials and a Hamidon raid fluctuate between 15 and 25 FPS.
I'm using the 12.3 drivers and I haven't crashed after hours of normal missions and even got through a phase of the Hamidon raid (I showed up late, start of the second bloom and pushed through the final bloom). I was hoping that making it through a Hamidon raid would have been a good litmus test for whether or not I could get through an Incarnate trial, before I re-subscribed.
However, Incarnate trials seem to randomly crash. Sometimes I can get through back-to-back trials, and sometimes I'll crash within the first five minutes of a trial. Sometimes I won't crash until the last half of a trial.
Update: Mothership Raid also crashed, I was there from the start and crashed like right before the shields went up. Or possibly I crashed because the shields came back up, I'm not sure.
Additionally, some UIs "twitch", especially the Incarnate Powers window. The window will flicker and sections of text and parts of icons will shift a few pixels off from the rest of the items in the window. For example, the top half of an icon will shift along with the top half of a line of text near it.
Since I have a new 7000-series I'm not sure if there are any drivers I can even roll back to, or if rolling back would make things worse since the card is so new.
Support for 7770 started with 12.2 I think.
Good to see someone with 7770. 12.4 might fix some of the stability issues, you never know with AMD these days.
12.1 seems to be pretty solid, while others had issues with 12.2 I have not. I have yet to test 12.3

Catalyst 12.4 is officially available now.
I'm downloading right now, and hoping it'll work out better than 12.3 has. Each ship raid I've been on I crashed at least once. I got into another Hamidon raid, from the beginning this time, and crashed when the second bloom started. Graphics quality had no impact on crashing; it can be on minimum/performance or it can be Ultra everything. I don't think I've had any issues running normal content (TFs, the SSAs).
I'll try to get into some incarnate trials this afternoon so I can let you folks know how 12.4 and a Radeon HD 7770 are for CoH.
Someone else is also trying them as noted here.
I think I will stick with the 12.1s until there is some feedback on the 12.4s

Sadly the new HD 7000 series needs 12.2 or newer.
Good news: no crashes in CoH after a few hours of playing.
Bad news: after my computer goes into sleep mode I can't wake up the audio driver without relogging my Windows account. Fix one thing, break another.
just installed 12.1 and running two 5770s in crossfire, having a great deal of issues in trials with a few blue screens, i turned off crossfire and im having no issues now lol
