Given the length of the downtime and the fact that everything in Beta is basically ready (minus a few buffs to some of the new Alpha and Interface powers that are apparently in the tube), I'd say...yes, there is a pretty decent chance.
At the very least, I'm realllllllly hoping so. Been waiting for a coupla weeks now to be able to slot my Agility boost, and it'd be especially nice while Tin Mage is in the WST rotation.
Meanwhile, I'm gonna go ahead and say no, because of the changes coming to the new Alpha & Interface Powers. We need to test them, to make sure they're not broken.

But you're probably right, and I'm setting myself up for disappointment.
I doubt it, since they don't like to make big patches late in the week (history places almost every big patch in the beginning/middle of the week), but I am willing to be pleasantly surprised.

I was under the impression that Titan Weapons (and MoM trial) were not actually part of 21.5 and were just being tested alongside it.
Anyway, my opinion is that it's unlikely to be 21.5 because they've mostly deployed issue updates on Tuesdays. That isn't to say it's impossible, and I would very much like to be wrong, I'm just guessing that it's unlikely.

There are NO signs of Titan Weapons on these notes when i21.5 started on the VIP beta, so my guess is that if it is i21.5 then there wont be titan weapons

I doubt it's 21.5- I'm hoping it's to fix the increasing lag and rubberbanding I've seen pop up in the last week or so.

In my opinion, it is unlikely that they are doing a 6-hour downtime on a Thursday just to put something in the store they won't release until Tuesday anyways. Maybe it is mostly back-end stuff.

Welp. Looks like we nay-sayers were (mostly) wrong. It looks like a Thursday Publish, and I21.25, since the new Incarnate Trial didn't make it in.
As for Titan Weapons, that wasn't going to be in anyway. They'll show up on a Tuesday, in the Paragon Market.
