Going Rogue package missing serial key!?!

hmm, well if you bought it from a store thats within driving distance i would just try to take it back and/or ask for another copy
if you ordered it online from a retailer, if they have a store locally you should try to do the above
if you got it from another site like amazon or ebay then you may be SoL

( And accounts are non-transferrable per the EULA. If you buy an account off someone and the GMs find out, the account will be locked. Worse, the original owner can contact Customer Service to report his account "hacked" and get the password reset )

Also, really stupid question, but are you sure it's not a "scratch off" panel over the serial number?

No it was wrapped in that wonderful comes off in little pieces before it finally opens up DVD plastic sleeve wrap. Got it from Amazon listed as new, definitely not second hand. Lame I tells ya, LAME!

Ugh, more shipping.
I remember this happening with some copies from GameStop. You're not the only one who's seen it. Contact Amazon ASAP and explain the problem. They should allow you to return the item for the exact same title.

If you got it from a reseller through Amazon, contact the reseller and threaten to leave negative feedback and report them to Amazon. Especially if the details said it should contain an unused code. This happened to me with a GR Complete Collection that I bought for my second account; the listing said factory sealed, unused, brand new...the box I got was opened, none of the goodies came with it, and the code was used. Threatened negative feedback and reporting them to Amazon -- got an immediate refund and they said to just keep the box instead of spending money on a return. Next box I got (from a different reseller) was listed as factory sealed, brand new...and the serial code worked fine.
Sadly, buying from resellers is a bit of a crapshoot, but if you threaten going to the parent company, the shady ones will bend over backwards to not be reported and the legit ones will bend over backwards to keep a good rep.

I have to give props to Amazons people. They caught someone trying to make fraudulent charges on my credit card this past weekend and their quick action gave me enough time to notify my bank before the charges were even posted to my account and set up monitoring for any future attempts to track down the villain. I'll be getting my new cards in a few days.

If you stay VIP then Going Rogue is included as part of your subscription without needing the code.
The Going Rogue code will unlock it so that if you fall to Premium status you'll have access to the Going Rogue material.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
