Looks like they're trying to create a stronger similarity between Superman's suit and Kyrptonian garb. I always liked how they did this in Birthright but I thought the designs in that arc were sleeker and bore a stronger connection; I might be too spoiled on the primary colors, though.

Thoughts?

The S is hard to pick out and so he otherwise looks like a member of a Magocracy in a low budget Dungeons & Dragons movie.

He needs a spit curl.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

His mother might have it instead. Think I've seen that in at least one interpretation of Lara.

I dunno. There's something that just sets me on-edge about seeing KEVIN COSTNER in a Superman flick.

I mean, what can go wrong right?

Clicking on the linked image above will take you off the City of Heroes site. However, the guides will be linked back here.

Yeah his outfit does look a bit CoT and/or WoW like. Oh well.

Well given that they recently released a pic where we see Superman with a scruffy beard as well I guess they're going with idea that Kryptonians can be "scruffy" in this movie. *shrugs*

not spiky enough to be a CoT costume
not bulky enough to be WoW gear

I think the outfit would look better on a villain Kryptonian, otherwise, I find it okay.

If you can't be "scruffy" there would be no need to burn your beard off with a mirror and your laser vision

Well that post makes much less sense minus the pics that were linked with it lol.
Here.

See if those stick around, the point being of curse that he's much more beefed up then the rubber pecs the last guy wore etc.

It's funny but with no shirt and ripped up pants these pics of Cavill look more like he's making an Incredible Hulk movie than a Superman movie.
