Potential Trial nickname confusiuon.

I don't think it's unreasonable for people to call DfB 'The Sewer Trial'. The 'real' Sewer Trial does indeed get run about once every full moon, when it it's in the eigth house etc.
Were it to see an update and become more palatable to more people, I'm sure a new nickname for it could be thought up that would fit

I always refer to it as DfB.
People then ask, "What?"
So I reply, "Death from Below."
People then ask, "What?"
And I say "The low level Sewer trial"
I am just waiting for someone ask, "There's a high level Sewer Trial?"
If they do I will probably reply, "No!"

There is ample opportunity to be confused at the moment. The contact for the Abandoned Sewers Olde Trial is also in Atlas Park. All sorts of level gateways for zones, Travel Powers, Pools and Ouroboros have been changed or dropped, so I dunno if I would be prevented from getting into the old one now or not while playing a lowbie.
Hence, when I get a tell, "Want to join Sewer Trial?", I will respond, "I will join Death from Below." If the invite window then pops up, I figure I am good to go.

But the older sewer trial is in the abandoned sewer
So we have the new Sewer Trial "Death from below"
and we have the old "Abandoned Sewer Trial"
no confusion here. I mean the sewer is clearly different from the abandoned sewer.
Don't think I've seen anyone call it "The Sewer Trial." I do see "sewer trial" all the time, which makes perfect sense since it's a trial in a sewer. More often it's just "sewers" now though, replacing the old "sewers."
People calling to do the Abandoned Sewer Trials should change to saying "Abandoned Sewer Trial". If and when they even do them. Which, as has been noted, is a rare occurrence anyways.
New Down from Below/Sewer trial takes precedence, due to the rarity of calls for the old abandoned sewer trials.
Someone should start forming generic "sewer teams" to run through the sewer network.
Just to make things even more confusing.
I actually did take a bunch of people through the regular sewer network the other day. There was a lot of nostalgia chat.

As I was out and about in Atlas one day, I heard someone broadcasting for members for a 'Sewer Trial' available to all levels. As a multi-year veteran, I knew the Sewer Trial was higher level content and said so. (and will continue to do so until calling DFB >the Sewer Trial< dies out) The poster then began arguing with me on the grounds that others have called it that, and the real sewer trial wasn't run recently, etc. Most of the above could change with the influx of new players.
