Thank you for putting this out.
I literally cannot enjoy this game without some kind of character designer. It's too complex; there are too many options and possible pitfalls. Shame on Paragon Studios for not putting out a planner of their own.

Not too long after I21, we've updated Mids to give you some of the great new features of City of Heroes: Freedom! Due to the fact that I'm going on vacation for two weeks, we've pushed this out even though it only has partial support for some features (Enhancement Boosters) and a few minor bugs (like the icons for the new powersets being wonky). Enhancements can only be slotted if they are +/- 3 levels or less to yourself. That means Hami-Os cap at +3, just like SOs. IOs can go to +5 because Enhancement Boosters make the IO function as if it were higher level, but don't actually change its level. Therefore, a 50+5 IO would still be level 50, and could be slotted by any character level 47+ (Assuming the IO isn't purple).

I just replaced the file on the server with one that fixes this bug (and the Blaster Dark Blast Aim and Soul Drain bugs). So redownload and install and you should have your Kheldians!
And now I'm off to Oxford and London. See you guys later!

However, when I checked it next in the actual slotted power everything showed up fine. Then, when I went back to the power in the list it showed up fine there as well.

Bug/Mistake - the Scrapper version of Entropic Aura from Energy Aura (and possibly for other AT's, haven't checked) is applying NEGATIVE 11% global recharge when set to zero targets in range.

Checking Mids 1.950 to prepare to respec my regen scrapper for the changes to Resilience and Regen Debuff Res and noticed my passive regen is almost 200% higher than what it was before without me making any alterations to the build.
Thank you very, very much! One more bug report, though: minimum level on pool powers is still wrong; it's not letting me take Tactics earlier than 14, should be 4.

We actually have the ability to do real-time replication of the databases so that we could perform offline backups without bringing down the production server, but it requires a second server, preferably at the same location due to the data load of replication. Given the hosting costs for one, I haven't implemented that at this time.
Maybe one of these days we'll look into a content delivery service like Amazon's CloudFront or the new CDN that Google is working on for our downloads, but for now, those are still too expensive even with the relatively low volume we have compared to media-centric sites.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
