Bought Barbarian Set... Not unlocking

did you log out and back in? most purchases wont fully stick unless you log out and back in if your in game, if you do it on character screen shouldnt have to worry too much about it

Are you looking for it in the costume set list, or looking for them piece by piece?
I don't think they're there in the costume set list, but you can find them if you hunt them down.
For example, try looking at boots, gloves, etc.

Odd. I bought the witch set, and it's working for me. Well, I'm sure the mods will have things sorted for you soon.
Sucks there are a few pieces I want to use for a costume but can't 
I petitioned but haven't gotten a response yet either.

No need to claim it through email, I didn't need to relog as some people have reported needing to, I was able to use it all immediately. The pieces are applied directly to your account, like the old boosters were. Him not having those pieces unlock yet has got to be a bug of some sort, which support should be able to fix up for him.|

Ultimus, are the items showing up in your purchase history? Have the points for them been deducted from your total? Support might be a little swamped right now, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a day or so to get back to you, but you should at least get the automated reply to say your ticket has been received.

Ultimus, are the items showing up in your purchase history? Have the points for them been deducted from your total? Support might be a little swamped right now, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a day or so to get back to you, but you should at least get the automated reply to say your ticket has been received. |
I am having the same problem. I relogged, etc. It seems to be a bug. I sent a petition but have not heard back yet.

How many points did we start out with again? Did T9 vets get the additional 150 each month?
You can find the numbers you need Ultimus on your NCsoft accounts page. Look on the billing summary page.

Ok this brings my total to 20,950 points. Two purchases of 8000 with the bonus of 1600 points so 9600 X 2 + 400, 400, 400, 400, 150 which is 1750.
Ok so I am currently sitting on 750 unspent points:
I've purchased:
Backpack -- 80
Beam Rifle -- 640
Barbarian Set -- 400
Character Transfers -- 480
Rocket Board -- 600
Rename Token -- 800
Enhancement Increase -- 1600 X 2
Recipe Increase -- 800 X 6
Auction Increase -- 800 X 4
Salvage Increase -- 800 X 6
Tailor Costume Slots -- 800 X 5
Hmm given my math I must be missing something I purchased.

But its still off...
No response yet from a GM. Just wanted to update. This really sucks I want to buy more things in the store, I wish a redname would at least acknowledge this.

I bought the Barbarian set yet its still not unlocked. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need to petition?
