Quadra Blades?
Looks more like Nightstar´s forearm blades as a costume piece instead of a claws weapon option... which would´ve made some sense.

EDIT: Wow I think someone may have used a bit of Time Manipulation on me. This post is a reply to Beastyle but through forum magic (And Time Manip) it's before his.
I want to see the quadra-blade Victoria doing 1,000 cuts.
As long as they don't go to five blades. That would be silly.
Also amusing, pairing her with dual pistols. Piercing Rounds animation in melee range looks pretty neat.

Thats exactly what i thought about, when i first read about the Victoria Costume Power.
Just with the Imperivum Katanas or Vanguard Swords.
Unfortunately, i might not be able to join the Event tomorrow.
But i guess i wouldn´t win one ether way.
