The t2 power is great with a shield, because it looks like a Spartan shield bash. Also with spinning strike the shield is all over the place and looks like it is knocking the crap out of stuff.

StJ + SD gives two flavors of Shield-based AoE attacks! Shield Charge and Shield Spin!

My recharge constantly flickers between 212% and 275%. I should have 212% after factoring in target-capped Entropic Aura.
Energize does help, but I still need to hit ED while it is up. I still need to hit ED whenever it is up just to gain endurance.
To me this combo does feel endurance heavy. To you it may not.
Via patch notes:

Scrapper
  • Energy Aura/Entropy Aura: Fixed a bug that would cause this power to grant the user a recharge buff per target based on the target's level resulting in the user receiving far too much or far too little recharge bonus.
Lets see how it goes over with the bug fix for this patch.

I really hope you named that toon Stripper Justice bAss.

I will greatly miss Street Justice until it returns. :/

Her name is simply Street Justice. What's wrong with fighting in lingerie? Huh?

It's okay. For now Scrappers have the Strong and Pretty! WM/EA for the win!

I cried a little inside when I woke up and found the update's patch notes right there on my screen upon a refresh. Very sad.

It still bugs me, like an annoying pet peeve, that they know a lot of people love this set and so they push it back AFTER I21 with no definitive date besides soon after. Which bugs me. You hear this all the time... we'll be waiting soon after release of BF3 for Karkand and Wake Island which they know players want on Day 1, so why postpone it?

Grant it, I have nothing else to do but wait so I'll live. Though Spinning Strike still needs to be tuned up and turned to a PBAoE, AS for Stalkers could either use MA's alternate or KM's default and maybe damage boosted a little for base or some such.

The upside to this outrageous fiasco though is I can go back to Live and start collecting some Hero/Vill merits to save up. But I know I'll be playing BETA less if ever, not a fan of support or blaster rolls so TM and BR never appealed to me. With what few proliferation there is as well, "been there, done that" comes to mind.

It definitely seems odd to push back the set despite it being ready. One of my friends is really frustrated with this and pointed out that while the rest of our group will reroll Time something or Beam something, he'll have to wait for his own new character. It ruins team rerolling.

One buff/debuff set, one ranged set, one melee set. You'd think it'd make sense to release all three at once.

They obviously want to have something new to place onto the Market. If they give it a month or two after the market arrivals, then that leaves them another 1-2 months (or howevr long they put waits in between) for them adding a new powerset.

Yeah, but the problem with that is they had to have known that sooner or later this problem would surface. Anet used to make the same claims, that every six months they'd release new chapters. Ended up waiting a year for GW:NF and then another for GW:EN. Instead of making promises that will ultimately end unkempt - they could, as Nil pointed out, influence team-blitz.

Now we have to sit around and, if we want in on the fun, use existing sets that have already been there. With EA getting a tune up that, grant it, a lot of people are in favor of.

Personally, I just think it was an inconvenient decision. If it was a week delayed, ok I'll roll with that but by 2-3months, great you'll have teams with nothing but melees because nobody will be playing support and what not (I exaggerate but you get the idea, new stuff inspires curiosity).

They way they keep hinting at it, I expect it will be within 2-3 weeks. The up side to this model over the Anet model is the Hybrid brings in a constant stream of income. Where as Anet only had it in spurts. I honestly expect we will see new powers every month, if not more often.

I personally only care about the new melee sets. All I play are scrappers and brutes, hell I don't even care for tanks and stalkers. What gives me hope is you can log on and see the powers of two upcoming sets in the beta server now. The leaked video of [redacted] (and their hard work at killing threads about it on the boards) tells me that the heavy lifting has been done. That is at least two new sets within the year for us I bet.

Also take a look at some of the mobs in FW, the awakened are using what many of us think are the seeds of the much wanted Psi melee.

I really feel this change is going to be good for scrappers, and lovers of costume items. Which means, I think I am going to be pretty happy. I am confident enough that I am buying a year sub, and $130 (yeaaa B-day money) in points as soon as it goes live.

I've been on a Yearly Subscription for a while now. At a certain point I wondered why I even had it set to Monthly. I should've had it at Yearly sooner.

Wasn't on yesterday due to work but how do you "see what's coming up." in the market?

New items are planned to be launched weekly for the Paragon Market. Street Justice could be released in as little as a week after Freedom hits the live servers, or by a factor of X amount of weeks.
