Can you increase the recharge of the Lore Incarnate power and the Epic pet power ?

Only the Alpha slot can effect the Recharge of Lore.
As for the Patron Pets those can be enhanced like any other power, and recharge is on of the enhancements they take.
The recharge time of the Lore abilities is 15 minutes no matter what kinds of buffs or debuffs you have. This cannot change, even with Spiritual Alpha.
Patron pets are affected by both, and accept Recharge Enhancements.

Why would you want to increase the recharge on pets in the first place?

Parton pets on the other hand? Oh yeah. If you build for ludicrous recharge, you can have them around all the time. (I did that with my favorite Stalker. Her Adept would be a constant companion if his AI wasn't absolutely suicidal. o_0)
As for why you'd do it... Because you can? Because you like having the pet around as a distraction or for a little extra firepower? Because you're one of those RP types and your character's supposed to have a side-kick?
That's why I did it, anyway. XD

It is worth mentioning, while most Lore Pets have a 15 min recharge; Partial Radial Improved Ally(support than can attack) and Radial Superior Ally(Very Rare Boss and untouchable support) only have a 10 min recharge.

Of course, I was only being intentionally dense, but it seems no one else saw that or ignored it.
On the topic, I've heard varying answers on whether the Spiritual Alpha slot affects the recharge time of Judgement. I'm going to guess that it doesn't and that Judgement is on a fixed 90sec recharge time, but as I haven't yet gotten any characters that far, I wouldn't know
yeah as mentioned all of the incarnate abilities are unaffected by rech even from the spiritual alpha
there are only 2 versions of lore pets which can have 10 min rech
partial radial which has the buff pet and LT pet and the buff pet has an attack power
and radial superior which is 1 boss pet (duration only 3 min 20 sec) and untouchable buff pet
i think this is improvement, but still kind of sucks, i think ALL of them should be at 10 min

Two shot question
Just wondering if you can increase the recharge of the Lore pet Incarnate power or is it a fixed time regardless of recharge ?
And is the Epic pet recharge time fixed as well or can the recharge be decreased as well ?
By recharge I mean the summoning time and not the recharge of the pets attacks or powers.
Just trying to mess around with a pet build which is not mastermind but would want them as perma as possible.
