Please for the love of God, fix the Victorian Steampunk face.

Didn't we go thru this once before ??? 
Again, I have no problem with there being two Victorian Steampunk faces (or viable makeup options to perfectly simulate both).
But if they're gonna stick with just one face, then again, I strongly prefer the 'Bare-n-Ugly' steampunk face (I prefer simplistic elegance myself) over the cranberry-lipped tart we had prior to the great fix

/unsigned to reverting back to Miss Tomato Mouth
So request a refund. If you bought something that contains many items primarily for one specific item and then after ringing up the purchase the clerk removed that item you would deserve a refund on the basis of false advertising.
If people start requesting refunds then they will have to put the face back in or else start handing out refunds.
If they don't then switch your account to f2p. Money talks louder than anything else when it comes to marketing.
You can of course always switch your account back from ftp later but taking that step is what will make them take notice.

I agree with Bad Influence.
The 'correct' answer here was two faces. If they realized there was a problem, the "wrong" answer to it was to remove a face that at least some players were using. They should have made a second face that was "right".
I understand the 'problem', I get why it was a problem, I think the solution was ... incorrect.

Meanwhile, some of us are requesting this option, whether you like it or not - and I am aware that you are giving lip-service to the idea of freedom of choice, yet you keep appearing in support of Bare n' Ugly. Trend noticed.
As far as the suggestion of a request for refund, I just might do that. The main reason I bought the pack was for access to the female Victorian Steampunk face, and the Victorian corset chest-detail. As I type, both of these things are severely broken.
By all means fix them. Make them not look waxy and artificial. Make them look like the person has 2 nostrils and not 1 black smudge. Make them look at least somewhat good on other face and head scalings other than defaults. We have sliders for a reason, and I'm getting tired of new costume pieces that almost never account for them.
PS: B_I it's pretty silly to say all histrionics aside then dive right back into breaking things out in all caps, or "begging" It's almost like you can't help but type that way, but it doesn't really make your point any better.

I truly am all in favor of two faces (or makeup to faithfully reproduce what you once had), but if that isn't an option, I want the face to stay as it is, and will voice that any time this topic comes up. Bring it up again and see...

What brought me into expressing my opinion was your challenge. So, I fear that everytime you express your wants..I will do the same.
The red lips and beauty mark were part of advertised goods that we spent real life money for.
It is not good business practice to advertise one thing, and give the paying customers another...I am not sure about the Virtual Market, but in real life this sort of thing would have the BBB knocking on one's doors.
So, we need to be issued two faces..one red lipped and one freshface, or have the red-lipped face but with an option to wash off the makeup, or give us the ability to recreate those red lips in the CC.
They put up a red-lipped, beauty marked face for sale, and by Jingo, lawfully, we should have what they sold us.
Black Pebble, you are experienced in advertising law, what say you about this situation?

I was surprised when they removed what was there. I understood the feedback that people wanted one without the makeup, but I was really surprised that they just up and removed it.
So, now everyone who liked it the way it was has to do what those who felt the opposite did... Maybe we can get a weekly rotation, one week with makeup, next week without and so on...
Hehe, seriously... Options... Options are awesome.
(I personally never used either face, so this is all coming from somewhat distant observation)

Hugs. I admire you for standing up for what you want, and you have every right to do so.
The solution is probably being worked on right now, but with the art assets tied up, we might not see a solution for quite a while.
I just wish the Devs would tell us what is what with this bruhahah, so we can go back to happily anticipating the upcoming issue.
Mayhaps the saloon girl has red lips..I have not gone to Barnes&Noble yet.

This is the Suggestions forum, and my suggestion to re-enable the beauty-marked and made-up Victorian Steampuink face is just that: a suggestion. Sorry you dont like it, but I want what I paid for.

All RAEGE and histrionics aside, please enable us to have the option of having the original Victorian Steampunk face. I don't care if the bare-face brigade has a no-makeup version - and its not like they don't have 150+ barefaced options in the costume creator AS I TYPE, including a bare Steampunk face - but those of us who bought this pack with the expectation that we would have access to the face with the beauty-mark and the sharp-outline red lipstick, have really been left out in the cold with this decision.
It would hurt not one single person in this game to have this face with two options, Bare 'n Ugly and With Makeup. No exploits would be created. No clipping issues would be created. Purples would not drop faster. We just want that beautiful face back, and it would be a nice gesture of goodwill on the part of the development team to give it back to us.
NOT LEAST BECAUSE WE PAID FOR IT!
Please. I'm begging you, give it back to us. And while you are at it, please fix the Steampunk corset chest-option from the atrocious clipping.
