The funny thing about needing to be level 50, I tried it in the closed beta, and I oro'd down to 45, thinking I woudl still have access to it, and I could use the power to self-level shift to 50 and rampage against anything. Sadly this crashed the mission every time and the dev response was that it was WAI.
So, it's not nearly as handy as you'd think. Plus you can only slot interrupt into it, not recharge or end reduction.

Yep, it's in there. In fact, they added that power to EVERY set in the game! All you need to do is fill up your "temporal boost" bar by running missions and killing stuff and once it fills the power automatically fires off! POOF, new level!
Unfortunately the cooldown on the power is progressive and takes longer and longer to recharge as you level up but that's a small price to pay for all that awesomeness.

Time Manipulation is being released with a new secondary bonus. It's called Patience and makes it so that the more you play the character, the sooner you'll be at 50.

I have a kinda half sarcastic question about the new Time Manipulation powerset coming out in I21, a friend of mine mentioned it to me and a few other friends over Skype as a joke and I thought it was funny enough to mention to the rest of the community. I would put it in the For Fun! forums, but as it is a question and the For Fun forums do not have any sub-forum for asking questions I thought it more appropriate to put it here. So, Zorin asked this and many of you know him from Protector or Freedom or the few other servers he plays on.
