I agree. There has been multiple occasions where I've canceled my sub for the final time, not out of anger or anything, but just because it is time to move on after playing the same game for so many years. But then something comes out and I just gotta try it, and I usually end up really liking it. So I keep giving them my money. It's wrong!

I like you Sam. If you read my post as an attack then I apologize. But I also think your appraisal of me is unfair. It would take you like two seconds to find a post from me about something I don't like. I have always been very vocal about what I think could be improved. I think it is only fair to be equally vocal with praise when things go right.

)Anyway, I'll just say I think CoX has spoiled me. Even when the devs are giving us stuff I don't want, I still feel like I'm being spoiled. I haven't been in a game where the dev team actually tries to give us stuff we ask for and speaks to us directly.
If there is another game out there that does that, I might consider giving the game a try but it probably won't have a Sam to poke fun of.

I would like to note, both for this current issue and any future problems with this, that I only tease/poke fun at/etc people who I either respect or like. People I don't like I completely ignore to the point of bumping into them as I stolidly assume they don't exist. I then say "huh... I've bumped into something either invisible or insignificant" and then go about my business.
There is only one person in the entire forums whom I don't like and since I have convinced myself that person doesn't exist, I shan't be talking about them.

But, my personal twitches aside, I apologize if any offense has been taken.
EDIT: As an aside, my daughter and I were walking through a store a few years ago when she complained to me about how I was always teasing her. I looked down at her and said "Well, dear... you have to understand that in our family insulting each other is just another way of saying 'I love you'"

I too have felt times where I was getting burned out on CoH and While I didn't cancel my sub I spent time on another MMO and About the time I got in the groove over there something here would bring me back. (last year it was Dual Pistols and Demon MM's, this time it was I20.

Nice rant. CoX eats up a lot of my free time as well. I should be taking courses online in my spare time, but I just love hitting/throwing/shooting/burning/smashing/destroying, and blowing stuff up with fireballs! If CoX weren't so awesome I'd probably be a Doctor or something by now......or I'd just watch more TV.

I for one am tired of coming to this site and seeing that the developers are doing interesting things with the game that make me want to play.
