Actually, going by the fiction they recently posted, with Anti-Matter being humiliated again by Neuron in front of Tyrant, and then contacting someone on Primal Earth, I'm wondering if the new Trial might have him trying to use the Primal Earth attack on the reactors as a way of getting back at Neuron - like he might try and set up Neuron in some way to make the attack look like his fault, and then be able to come in a rescue the situation himself.

That's working under the assumption that we're going to go destroy the reactors in the first place. More than likely, the raid will involve preventing someone else in Praetoria from going "Y'know, we should totally blow up our own stuff! That'll teach those stupid Primals a real lesson!", sort of along the same lines of the BAF.

Of course, then comes the question of what happens on failed raids.

It could be a bit of both - we already fight Crusaders on the new Maria Jenkins arc, so stopping a Crusader attempt to blow up the reactors, while also fighting the Clockwork guards to disable the reactors ourselves could make for a fun Trial, and tie in with the GR theme of the Crusaders going too far in their efforts to remove Tyrant.

Plus, it doesn't seme like enough content to get you to 50
My reasons for doing it do not change the result or the good that was done.
As for getting to 50 that has nothing to do with anything.
So what has you're main done that has far reaching consequences beyond the current neighborhood your in, or ruining the Warriors D&D game?

Doing good for selfish reasons isn't heroic

Yes it does - all the evil things you've done during your 1-50 career are just as important as the "good" things you've done

I never said I was a Hero.

As for my super powered career, I'm still waiting for you to show what you've done.

BTW I hear the Warriors are having another gathering, you'd better hurry if your going to ruin their D&D game on time.

Yes new zone, that has nothing to do with Incarnate, I heard it is design to finish up some of the old Story lines that is left unfinsh.

I'm actually wondering which story lines they could mean.

What story lines are there that need finishing?
Obviously Praetorian stuff.
The Mysterious Letter Writer.
The Coming Storm.

What else is there that is unfinished?

((sorry, folks, about to go into full Villain overlord rant just because this is a good setup.))

But then who would the heroes fight? What would you stop?
Would you fight jay walkers and government dissenters? Then you are no better than Emperor Cole and his thugs, forcing a status quo and social stasis on the world and stagnating human society!
Would you fight disease and mental illness? Hah! I would love to see you save the suicidal teenager who has been abandoned by everyone with a drop kick to his face, or 'rescue' the cancer patient by punching them through walls!
Would you fight against natural disasters and nature itself? Then who is the real villain? I who oppose the laws of man, or you who would battle against the laws of nature and the very world that has provided so well for such a selfish race as humanity!
Without villains, without evil, heroes would be but lost sheep, and when not lost sheep they would be tyrants! Do you understand now why your dream of erasing evil is not only futile, but wrong? Do you understand now who is the true villain?!
Behold your true nature! God-like bullies whose only guidance in life is one violent assault after another! That is your true self! THAT IS THE LIMIT OF YOUR ABILITIES!

*Insert incarnate-like power unleash here*

I am certain there are people in Pompeii who breath a sigh of relief when you karate kick clouds of ashes and placate the volcano with with a well placed palm strike at the lava shaft.
In the end, hero, there is nothing you can do that a normal human being is incapable of but glorify violence and war, locking the human mindset of conflict in the same stagnant caves of the stone age.
Even your so-called "greatest minds" have done nothing. While Positron weeped into his helmet, Dr. Aeon and Anti-Matter discovered nigh-limitess sources of energy!

Somebody tried that, and it sure as hell wasn't a hero.

But seriously guys, don't feed the trolls, and above all please don't quote the trolls, since it defeats the purpose of having them on ignore. Report and move on.

Well there actually is a mission blue side where you break up a Warrior gathering and retrieve an artifact
That artifact turns out to be an 8 sided die.

I think it's a paper mission, but it's one of those things that stands out.

It's the "Retrieve the Platonic solids" mission. The solids are a d4, d6, d8 and d20. The d12 was destroyed centuries ago....I guess that's why none of the Warriors use two-handed greataxes.

But... don't they need D12s to roll their hitpoints?

Good point. I saw the lack of armor and figured they were Barbs but I guess they're just using a homebrew armor system.

Which they don't have either, since the Council took them all for their WoD game.

Maybe they were playing 4E which doesn't use d12's or d10's much.

Also thanks for recalling the specific mission and the dice involved.

They must be old school though, if they still roll for HP
