Positron and Numina Are Now an Item?

But how does the introduction of Jane Temblor alter the dynamics?
Does Statesline cross dimensional boundaries so we also have Cole/Jane? Or what?
On a more serious note:
I always figured (and admittedly, partially this is drawing conclusions about Primal Posi from Praetor Keyes) that he's the type that falls in love with people he can't really have and then pines in solitude.

I never really saw Primal Positron as the romantic type - he always seems like the sort who'd be too wrapped up in his scientific work to really have much of a life outside of it - or even notice that he didn't really have a social life.

Btw. I have a lot easier a time seeing Posi>Numina than Posi/Numina.

I think it's possible that she isn't even aware that he might like her - he seems like the shy type when it comes to non-scientific stuff - or at least, anything dealing with major emotions - like he can easily be buddies with Synapse, and express himself in that way, but when it coems to telling Numina how he feels about her, he might prefer not to say anything.

And it's possible that the 'love' that frees her is her own for him, rather than his for her.
Meh. After going back and re-reading ALL of the Top Cow comics in one go, I still don't have a handle on her, other than her being the resident healer and mystic of the group.

a) genetically re-engineer a body, INCLUDING its original powers
b) transfer a soul from one host to another (including said genetically re-engineered body), or
c) bind a soul to a body
It's not that hard to imagine that someone as smart as Posi (especially with enough incentive) would put all the pieces together and VOILA, new body for Numina.

Hell, together, as two psychics, they might powerful enough to literally just make a body for him from nothing but psionic energy. (Meanwhile, lots of other people i know talk about how, even if his insanity was cured, he'd be a brain in a jar forever.)

Heck, wilder pairings are possible. I'm in my early-mid thirties. Many of the geeks my age married strippers when we were all in our early twenties... we were a pretty socially inept bunch at that age, and, well, before the 2001 bust, we had money (dot-bomb of 2001... a good thing that most of them were still in the area from a certain point of view. Those ladies kept a lot of my friends fed, whilst they went looking for jobs). The Silicon Valley was a different place, then
