It was used twice in the 161 seconds of time of recording and it did 2/3rds my total damage during that time.

in an ITF ive been able to 1 shot a minotaur EB with ion and minimal dmg bonus
Musculature et al boost this. That's working as intended. If you are saying it jumps to the same mob, well, that's not.

Fired off an Ion on a group of 3 level 24 Warriors.
I had 9 damage attacks reported.
Anyone herd up more then the 3 needed groups in BAF? >.>

I've heard of this happening for people but I've never experienced it. Are the people who are hitting the same target multiple times using tier 4 or 3? Or something else? I am still stuck with Partial radial, second from the right, tier 3. I have another tier 3 crafted and have all the stuff waiting for tier 4, still waiting for a damned very rare drop, still have yet to get one.

I've experienced the same thing when firing Ion , it hits the same target multiple times. I'm wishing I wasn't laughing so hard after ONE Ion killed Black Swan (I fired it on her, and it ended up hitting her 9 times = instant death.)
This is using the Ion Total Core (Furthest left of T3s).
Ugh.. I can't decide if I want to upgrade Void to T4, I would if it still got knockback. Sadly it doesn't, so I think I'll upgrade Ion although it is hard getting the colors to match the Electrolyte Mitochondria's (concept reasons, either have Judgements being a strain of Stone based powers - Sandstorm or Ion being something of a gift from my toons original powersource) Darn you concept!
