And I didn't say everyday. I have 2 SG Members that have played twice since Issue 20 launch for maybe a total of 3 hours and one of them has a Tier 4 slotted already, the other has the base ability for all 4 slots that was intriduced in Issue 20. So it can be dohne.

Now if you are saying that is not casual then please define casual to me, what is casual? 1 hour a week? 2 hours a week? If that's what you feel is a casual player, then that's their problem, they have hno right to gripe about that. It will just take them longer to get what they want. SO it's still possible. The Lambda trial takes about a half hour to complete maybe 40 minutes if your slower. BAF takes about a half hour as well, maybe 40 minutes if you run into trouble. So if the casual player p;ays 2 hours a week, then they can get quite a fe things done in that week running those two trials.

Now, if they can't seem to get on a group that can complete it, well that's another story, bu the grind is not as bad as people make it out to be.

While I was grinding to unlock the Destiny slot (the only one I really care about, since I have been waiting YEARS to get an AoE heal), I ran through the Lambda Sector trial fourteen times. Never saw a reward table, though I *did* get to be on a first-name basis with the nurse in the hospital (averaging 4-6+ trips per Trial).

Reminds me of Vanguard merits. People were talking about, "Oh yeah, I got 1,200 V-merits after 2 ship Raids," and crap like that, when I never even broke into triple digits on any character, ever, doing anything in the RWZ. "I got so many Ultra-Rares that I was just deleting them! LOL." Yeah, awesome. Shut it.

If you've never got into the triple digit VMerits, then I say you and your team need to actually participate more. Because I can damn near be sleeping putting my character on follow to one of my team mates and earn triple digit VMerits on any ship raid that we've done on Pinnacle, and we aren't that populated. But we know how to play the game and use our powers.

Deleting Ultra rares, yeah I believe that

And I will continue to speak my opinion as long as I have one, but thanks for the suggestion

The "shut it" was aimed at people bragging because they were fortunate due to the random number generator. That's just luck and nothing to crow about.

I've only ever been able to complete one RWZ raid because I continually get kicked out of the game. My PC doesn't suck, so I have no idea why team and raid events do that, but it keeps them from being fun for me because a third of my time is spent shutting the crashed game down, rebooting and signing back on. And I have never, ever gotten the kind of rewards others claim they get. (Of course, some claims have been proven to be either people misremembering or flat-out lying.) I think I've gotten about a half-dozen purples in all the time I've been playing. Some people claim they've gotten dozens. The most Influence any character of mine has is 122 million, and that was a guy who got one of those purples. Yet some people claim they can hit the Inf cap within a month.

Yeah, I should really learn how to play some day. It's really holding me back. Soloing to 50 only using harsh language was really a chore.

I like the new raids and I am sure we will have more. They aren't awesome but they sure beat getting a new TF/SF that is just a bunch of old maps slapped together with a lame/poor story. I have played the raids a bunch of times of the weekend and don't mind them.

I played the new TF and SF once each and that was more than enough. The TF is ok and the SF was lame. The SF is just a bunch of old maps slapped together...the same old tech map is now Posi's new hang out...ugh.

The game is visual and the same old maps really put a damper on playing this game. The new raids don't have a lot of new scenery but they are different and kinda fun.

I really hope the future slots have nothing to do with Praetoria and we get more diversity in becoming an incarnate. I feel having our incarnate abilities tied so close to Praetoria is limiting and kills our own character's 'story' in a way....

The Praetorian war is actually just a "repeat" of the first Rikti war, only we're able to experience it this time - the first Rikti war happened before the live game history started, but a huge amount of the lore was tied to it, and it shaped the city and a lot of the villain groups, NPCs and storylines in one way or another.
And now the Paretorian war is having the same widespread effect on the game world - only this time we're able to experience it in "real time" - rather than being a background event like the first Rikti war, it's actually something that we'll be a part of as it unfolds.

Fair enough but we have way too much Praetoria, IMHO. There are no limits here but we seem to have a very limited amount of items in game that have the 'wow' factor. The old TFs are poor (the Phalanx ones and some SFs) and we seem to get 'new' missions which are anything but new...the same old enemy, maps, look and the only thing different is the text; often this text isn't that great and just 'meh'.

I know that 600-700 V-Merits per raid is pretty par for the course on Justice. I'm not telling that to brag or to be all like "you suck". It's obvious from your explanation that what's killing your ability to reach those reward levels is your game's stability issues in a raid situation. They mean you can't actually participate in large raids on a large team, and those raids are the ones that generate such high V-Merit reward rates.

My little kitty brain cannot fathom getting 600-700 VMerits from a single Mothership raid. My best was around 100-ish, and I was there from team-building right till the end and return to the Vanguard base.

Besides, what is there for me to really buy with them? I have the Salvage Sack, which was the only thing I really cared about from Vanguard. The Gr'ai Matter Alpha component can be bought for 4 Shards and the armor looks like it was designed by Serge (the no-talent hack )!

As far as I-20 content goes, I am enjoying back-to-back-to-back-to-back BAFs. I have all four Incarnate slots unlocked and am zeroing in on my Tier 3 Destiny (the only Incarnate ability I care about and will even consider trying to get Tier 4 in).

For the record, I am not a big raider and do not like to endlessly farm. However, I am having a blast with the BAF and the pre-Marauder portions of Lambda.

I don't know if it is because Amerikatt is the only character I will take all the way through the Incarnate system or if it is because I approach this whole thing from a roleplaying perspective, but I am having fun.

That makes it well worth me doing these particular things at the moment.
