Holy carp Peter Jackson slimmed down a lot.

Good for him!

Can't say I care for another Pirates movie, but I think the other two will be great.

Another Harry Potter sequel, Hollywood has no more original ideas...I'm joking...

I kinda find it funny when people today complain about sequels of movies, yet authors have been doing it for centuries with no one minding...in fact those same people look forward to those.

Very much looking forward to potter. And by the looks of it many of the scenes i have waited to see are there, the fire storm in the room of requirement being one of them.

The new pirates movie im on the fence about. Yes the trailers look good, and look like they are attempting to get back to the strait out fun and adventure of the original and put an end to the depressing backstabbing that ruined the second and third. So i guess ill give it a chance.

Jackson doing the hobit is great, and i look forward to it just as much as i did the LOTR trilogy. However really putting out photos to hype it that basicly couldhave been taking on the set of fellowship of the ring is really just a big yawn. Wake me when we got some dragons or such.

Is it July yet?

Typical me, I watch the HP teaser and my brain just stops when it sees Rickman as Snape standing outside the ruins of the Potter home with that look of absolute despair on his face.

I hope they handle the end to Snape's story better in the movie than they did in the book.

Blah, never been much of a Penelope Cruz fan.

I can't wait to see what Jackson works up for the Hobbit.

I just hope they vindicate Snape in the movie. My fear is they'll just leave him as a bad guy.

I don't think they'll leave him as a bad guy, even though they have a ton of stuff to get through in the second part still.

I don't think they will either. I just fear it.

They've made enough changes from the books to the movie that makes me wonder if they'll skip that part for some reason.

I doubt they'll trim too much for the film. A lot of how the finale unfolds depends heavily on Snape, and Alan Rickman was one of the first people Rowling told that Snape had been in love with Lily. Snape's love for Lily is pretty much the crux of his character; it's the reason he betrayed Voldemort, the reason he intensely dislikes Harry (who serves as a living reminder that Lily chose another man), and it's also the reason Dumbledore put his full faith and confidence in him, even to the point that he would ask Snape to kill him.

Well then, here's hoping when it get to theaters, I walk out thinking, "If only Richard Harris was still alive"
