Anyone else enjoy causing NPC Fights?

Anyone else enjoy setting up NPC spawns to start fighting each other instead of you?

I get a kick out of skipping spawns then having ambushes get held up fighting the spawns. Funniest is when Longbow starts fighting Longbow. I have no idea how that got in the game but there are a number of places you can trigger it. Usually it is ambushes that don't have their friend/foe set right but in PVP missions I have found that pulling Longbow out of last room into hall can also cause this.

I usually find it accidently when I get in trouble and start running to zone and I jump over a spawn only to have them turn on my attackers LOL.

I just find it funny when the "big end boss" finally arrives all shot up with no support.

Dragging the Rikti into the clutches of Hamidon during the Lady Grey TF is always fun.

Arc# 92382 -- "The S.P.I.D.E.R. and the Tyrant" -- Ninjas! Robots! Praetorians! It's totally epic! Play it now!

Arc # 316340 -- "Husk" -- Azuria loses something, a young woman harbors a dark secret, and the fate of the world is in your hands.

The kill-all mission in Silver Mantis is like that. I try to pull a mob of Crey into the mob of Skyraiders.

Oh my, "healing" a lost for Montie in the Midnighters arc and watching that poor person get the snot knocked out of him by the Kracken in Perez Park makes me literally laugh out loud.

For more fun move so they have to pass through some Vahz and Skulls and now you have a Giant Monster, some lost and both other groups beating the snot out of the poor healed guy - I bet he thanks you for "healing" him!

If you find making NPC's fight each other to be fun . . . use a lot of confuse powers. My Ill/Rad frequently confuses guys on the street when we're standing around, just for the heck of it. And confusing an AV so that he/she/it wipes out all the minions in the area is always fun. Sure, we may miss out on a little XP or Infl, but the fun is worth it.

LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

I love doing this. In addition to all the ones mentioned above, I also enjoy:

Confusing Embalmed Cadavers to explode on their fellow Vahz.

Making Baatzul and Infernal fight it out in the Tarikoss SF.

Leading Longbow/PPD into the mobs that trigger side missions in Mayhems

Running the Raid side mission and racing to the back, causing pursing Longbow/PPD to fight their way through the building to get to you.

Finding a large group of NPCs and using Mass Confusion; whether grey conning or +5 to me, it always brings a smile to my face.

"Mastermind Pets operate...differently, and aren't as easily fixed. Especially the Bruiser. I want to take him out behind the woodshed and pull an "old yeller" on him at times." - Castle

I like doing this when ambushes spawn on a map where the normal mobs are hostile to them. It's fun hearing a group of Longbow shout about how they're going to track you down, then watching them all get their butts kicked by the army of Arachnos between you and them.

Strangest one I've seen recently was a fight in the Devil's Coat Tails warehouse area of Cap Au Diable. Halfway through a fight with a group of Luddites a lone Vahzilok ran up out of nowhere and started attacking the Luddites. Since they had previously just been sitting on a wall before they aggro'd on me I have no idea where the Vahz came from. I can only assume he was a runner from some other fight nearby and just decided to join in as he was passing.

I like using Darkest Night or Rad Infection to herd Scrappy and his massive entourage up the ramp to that Arachnos base next to the Ferry. It's a bit tricky to maneuver them around so they overrun all the Arachnos patrolling the walls.

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

Vahzilok, Luddites, and Knives of Artemis must eternally fight over who gets the rights to use crossbows.

My favourite is using World of Confusion or Synaptic Overload on Scrapyarder's army.

Suddenly those who're rebelling against oppression start bombing one another and it is marvellous.

The best is when a Mortificationer survives the blast and then resurrects his instrument of destruction.

I love doing this too.

My absolute favorite is using Confusion on Tsoo Sorcerers. I giggle like a little girl as the Sorcerer proceeds to heal *me*, and use his Hurricane to debuff the other Tsoo in the group. It's so much fun.

It's also fun to Confuse a Sky Raider Field Generator. Bubbles for all my friends!

Even better is confusing a BP Death Shammie before he can summon his zombies. Then it is...

"Arise, my minions... Attack!"
"Not meeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!"

There's a Rogue tip mission that has you stealing an item from Wyvern, spawning 3 ambushes afterwards. The ambushes are Legacy Chain, Longbow, and PPD, and all 3 con as enemies to the Wyvern inside the mission. If you stealth to the glowie, the Wyvern will kill everything for you, lol. Always fun.

Similarly, in the Rogue morality mission with the Skyraiders platform, Mangle, Hollow Point, and Frostfire, if you have enough stealth and the Skyraiders are close enough to Frostfire after you talk to/engage him, he'll aggro to them instead of you.
