I saw that today. How is that possible? I thought the earliest an "opposing" AT can show up is 20.

I thought you couldnt exit to Paragon or the RI if you were still praetorian (not having chosen a side yet).

Maybe you can team in the D, then teleport out to a new mission?

This reminds me of a funny story before GR came out, on the broadcast channels in steel I heard the following:
"lvl 10 brute lft"
"A lvl 10 BRUTE in Steel?"
"Quick, Everyone, gank the brute!"

It reminds me of the time years ago that a bug sent a Ninja mastermind heroside. I met him in the Hollows, and was standing around looking at what I thought was some character named "Genin" and being impressed how well he'd copied the Ninja henchman!

When GR first came out, there was a bug of some sort that would allow this, though I never got clear info on the details. This brute could be an unplayed alt from that time.

A while back I created a good copy of the Genin for a costume. Only problem was that it was before the Science Booster so he was taller than the average genin. Therefore, it is possible that some hero created a character called Genin. and looked like a Genin or a ninja MM got to the Hollows before me.

The first step in being sane is to admit that you are insane.

They may have been in the process of leveling up an alternate build. If you switch to an alternate build and only level it up to level 4, that will be your level as displayed to other characters (and for conning purposes).

I remember the CoV beta, where the villains would come out of a mission and sometimes end up in AP. You had to avoid the Police Drones. But it was fun geeting the badges with "odd names"

It was all fun and games till Ghost Widow showed up under Atlas statue to reclaim a misplaced villain >_>

Not sure how the Pocket D is supposed to work for Praetorians, but I took one of mine out to Paragon through to Kings Row, then caught a train to Croatoa to pick up my extra halloween slot. I didn't think it would be locked down as I know Primals can come into Praetoria the same way.

Pretty sure it's supposed to be locked down, otherwise that defeats the purpose of making the decision of which side to go to at level 20.

By the way, Praetorians can unlock their Halloween costume slot in Imperial City with Acantha, out on Tiberian Bluff.

I just tried it with another praetorian and was stopped at the doors to both hero and villain sides, no idea why it let me do it in December. Thanks for the info on Acantha, didn't know about her when I ran to Croatoa. On a meta level it surprises me that primals can come to praetoria, but not vice versa pre-20. I understand from a story point of view for the praetorian point of view, but why allow weak primals in?

I don't think Praetoria is being given a lot of choice in the matter, DJ Zero is the one who makes the Pocket D crossovers possible.

Oh, it was definitely an actual MM; I soon found him near his pet, once I realized it was a pet. And his bio talked about "Yes, I really am a Mastermind, got here because of a bug, and I'm waiting for the GMs to get around to sending me to villainside".
