The Electric Armor Potential

This is my Electric Armour/Dual Blade tank soloing +4+8 enemies

This is the potential for any tanker build out there

(note whislte filming i was still working out human error bugs with Fraps and window movie maker, hopfully the next one will be far better)

I dont really know what to say
Electric Armour and the Soft cap
Electric Armour and the 1st 20 levels

ahh I just learned to play that song on bass guitar nice.

I have an elec/elec scrapper I like a lot but I wanted to be more indestructable. So I made a tank and have been inbetween elec armor and willpower.

Dechs, i to have a DA/FM based off your build, granted i altered some things to fit... and let me reassure you that DA is still better than Elec Armor. Dark Regeneration is the back bone of your build and Energize just doesnt keep up with it. Im hope that with the spiritual incarnate i can get 1000 hp heal? but heres to hoping. I wanted to create somthing that no see's in game. But not only that make it a superior amongst others. Everyone knows that Stone/inv/wp are good tanks and can easily be powerful, but it takes time and effort to make a DA/EA/FA awesome

Im working on 4x8... there have been a few let down with what i expected from Elec Armor

If you can manage Arachnoides at 4x8, I will be in awe. I can see it being reasonable on a ele/SM, but on any other ele... yoiks.

We'll see what the rest of the incarnate powers have to offer. Who knows, there may be some more toxic res in there somewhere, or hell, an SoE confuse would be funny

What would a build like yours ? i can't figure in mid's how to soft cap defenses with elec armor :/

yep that its in the second page i think? i have 3 different builds for ELA/DB and i played around with ELA/ELM aswell both have softcapped defense

Kidding. Looks good. I don't have Fraps, and probably not Movie Maker, but... I'll have to make a video of my tank with XFire or something...

Electric Armor is almost made for Rikti fighting it's great against them with high NRG and possibly high PSI and SMASH/LETHAL resistance.

No, the damage done by Rikti is NRG. Other than Quantums of course.

^I did eventually take out the rest of the mob after the video stopped... It took me another 5 minutes or so, with AAO dropping down to next to nothing, and whatnot.

I seriously doubt he'd have much trouble with Arachnos.

Sure, if... I don't know, three mental scrambles hit just before he took on a toxic tarantula and a bane executioner, he might have to pop a pill or hit archmage or something, but in general, They're not a problem for my Ele, I doubt they'd even cause pain to a def capped one.

Arachnoids on the other hand... yeesh.
