Saw the trailer and I liked it. Scrappurr will be getting a new outfit!

All of my toons will be getting a furry costume slot.

In terms of bang for the buck, this is one of the best packs we've seen:

60 new pieces
6 new emotes
2 new auras
1 new travel power

What a value!

Agua Man lvl 48 Water/Electric Blaster

Great value, apart from it all being furrrrrry. :-P

I'm going to work towards the Musculature Core Paragon on the namesake but after that I'm not sure what I'll do. Been playing with the idea of building a rare Cardiac Core Paragon but I'm wondering what it will take to build the next incarnate slots.Wonder if we'll see a new kind of incarnate salvage introduced for every slot. Guess I'll just stockpile stuff and wait and see.

I'm still unhappy though, the majority of the shards that I get with my 50s is when doing solo or just normal 50 missions.
I get a distinct feeling that the devs will re-think their approach here, at least to some degree. There's simply been too much like minded feedback to ignore.

to get a very rare you need 2 of any rare, some components, and a favor of the well, which is made from 2 notice of the wells and 32 shards

Yep, I'm talking about in a couple weeks after I craft that.

Do we know what this pack is going to cost? Kind of curious, as it does seem to have more than other packs... but maybe I'm not sure how many pieces were in the magic, etc., packs.

It does seem like a decent pack if you like the animal theme. I don't really have any characters like that, though, so I'm out of luck on this one. Probably for the best though, as otherwise I'm sure I'd be grousing about why unique things to the game like a different run mode, so many costume pieces, etc., are not being added to the game without an issue.

As usual... I'm hoping we keep seeing good costume additions with each issue, or these packs will start to really rub me the wrong way.

Haters are gonna hate.

ShamWow is just miffed that it doesn't include any rodent parts.

Actually, I still really want the animated fox/wolf/raccoon tails from mutant pack. Just not worth the cost for what I'd only use on one or two characters.

Then why the Furry hate?

For the record I have one character that I might, might be tempted to use this on.

Little kids like giant anthropomorphic creatures why can't you?

And $10. I'd be shocked if they raised the price at this point, but if they did, it might be an indication that the Steampunk costume pack will also be a "Maxi-Booster" as well.

I don't have an issue with Furries but I found that image is disturbing.

You can't really call it "furry hate" coming from Shamster. He has *multiple* blatantly cat-themed characters that weren't created for the sake of irony.

He's just not a dog person.

I've already forgotten about most of you

There's a certain banned in CoH forums anamorphic bear that little kids have reason to fear...

Ding! Ding! Ding! Excellent call on the dev's part. Endgame and more content for CoH, yes. Making this game like WoW, not so much.

My first thought on the animal booster is that it is really cool.

But then...I don't think I will ever use it. I like how City is full of humans. Contemporary super beings in a modern setting. I have exactly ONE character with WINGS on it. I get more use out of the party pack, to be honest. (And I love it when people scoff at how I actually spent my money on something they don't like.)

Well, all characters now have one notice on the well. Four out of twenty-eight level 50's remaining to level shift. Hopefully will have all shifted by end of Saturday.

Anyone do an Apex or Tin Mage with a heavily level shifted team? Notice a major difference?

i ran an apex and tin mage on my lvl shifted stone brute, actually about 3/4 of the team were lvl shifted and we blasted both tfs apart, 30 min apex followed by 45 min tin mage

and we didnt really skip anything either

Was the level shift noticeable, when you're still fighting +3's?

it wasnt a ton noticeable, but it was easier to hit stuff, their debuffs didnt hurt as much, and we really layed the smack down on stuff like warwalkers since our debuffs had more effect on

the most obvious difference was that minions were conning red instead of everything being purple

I found it to be a major difference; However, I am a dom, so that comes with its own unique issues. Level-shifted, a double static field puts everything to sleep; confuse actually lasts long enough to cause some serious havoc as well. On +4s, confuse wore off in about 5 seconds or something useless.
