I'm having the same issue, myself.
I've been playing for awhile... so I have no idea.
Every time I try restarting my client, it keeps applying a patch. >:/

One method I've heard that works is using the NCSoft Launcher to download the patch.

I'm having the same issue... can log in but the servers aren't accessible.
My New Rig
: Geforce 580 GTX, Core i7 950 @ 3.20 Ghz, 24GB RAM, 240GB SSD for OS, 60GB SSD for swap = Heaven.
I'm in now. I rebooted, and then relaunched CoX (not through the NCSOFT Launcher). The patch finally downloaded and applied, and now I can get into a server.
My suspicion is that it is a Version conflict issue. If you don't get the patch, then the servers don't see your client as having the right version and thus deny the connect.

I'm having the same issue, except that my client successfully downloaded a small patch
but it wont let me access the servers

I've tried getting in through the regular updater and the NCSoft launcher but I get the same issue, "No response from this server" yada yada. I submitted a support question on it, but it's frustrating. I was looking forward to playing today, and I already missed some game time this weekend while they did server maintenance yesterday.

Yeah, the patch downloaded for me too, but it still won't let me in the game. Very frustrating.
EDIT: Restarting my computer worked for me. It downloaded ANOTHER patch and this time I was able to log in.
Shadowblaze - Lvl 50 Dark/Thermal Cor, Alexander Kalsoa - Lvl 50 BS/Regen Scrapper, and a whole bunch of other Alts. Global is @Shadowblaze.

Same issue here. I'm going to try to reboot again and see what happens.
I'm in. I just had to re-do the patch several times...then I rebooted my computer and everything now is right as rain.
I am having the same issue as the rest... but the launcher isn't finding any new patches to apply, and thus I can't seem to fix the issue, regardless of how many times I relaunch it. So much for my in-game christmas party tonight, I guess!
Here's hoping there's an official fix so I can play the game I'm paying for, yeah?
EDIT: Maybe the server is on a time delay before it'll check for new versions? Got another patch at last, should be working now.
Is this going to be an every night occurrence? I opened and closed the client close to fifty times. Restarted my computer. I tried the client again. No change. Tried about thirty more times to get it to do the update then it takes forever for it to apply the update. I FINALLY got into the server.
Can we get a badge for having to do this every night?
I'm a bit confused. The server page says every server is up, but when I log in and try to access any of the servers I get the whole "Servers down yo" message. I can tell a lot of people are still able to log in, judging how some are at yellow status.
