The first thing I thought of was a Peacebringer. Targetted AoEs kinda look like fireworks. And, there are the seekers.

Bots/traps would be my choice. You get seeker drones from you and the bots and flashy missiles. Just name the bots Mobile Launch Site 1 to 6.

Elec/fire would work, I was thinking maybe a elec/fire scrapper (LR for that 'burst' boom, then /fire for burn, blazing aura, and RoTP (nothing sayd fireworks like being resurrected with fire)
As the player of a Jubilee inspired character, I have to say:
Mind/Fire dom. Color the effects all different colors and prepare to ooo and aaah.

I initially went for a pb but i am going to use her for a different character idea. Now i have decided to go for elec/fire dom!
My idea for fireworks inspired/Jubilee type character would be a fire/ blaster with somewhat randomly recolored primary powers to give different color effects.
Words to the wise aren't necessary- it's the stupid ones that need them.

Radiation can also work for jubilee-esque powers if you mix very bright colors together.

Kinetics. The sound effects are perfect and with the right coloring it would be convincing.
Radiation Blast would be my first pick for the other set as when it is brightly colored it resembles fireworks rather closely. Fire Blast could also look good with the right coloring.
Fire Control can also put out some amazing color combinations with work. I use that set for my extra dimesional detective, "Fedora Borealis," to represent northern lights. The effect is not quite like fireworks, but it may help to see some examples.

In the end i went for an elec/fire dom called Razzle Dazzle.
so...i really want a make a character with 'fireworks' as their power but i cannot think what sets to go with =/ Nothing really looks like a firework i dont think.
I was thinking of a energy/kin corr but im not 100% sure. Any suggestions would be great!
